Secluded CABIN IN THE WOODS at Nolin Lake. Property is close to Mammoth Cave. Spacious 3 bedroom cabin, inviting living space, a large dining table, large tv with wifi! Enjoy the incredible views of the property from either of the two large decks. The rear porch is covered and screened to ensure you enjoy your stay regardless of the weather. The area has so much to offer with no shortage of things to do. Nolin Lake State Park is just a short walk away. The park offers hiking a boat ramp, swimming beach, and fishing access. If you're looking for adventure, you'll find Nolin Lake, Mammoth Cave National Park, the Brier Creek Hiking/Biking Trail, and the Blue Holler Off-Road Park all just minutes away. The circle drive makes it easy to get trailers in and out. When it's time to unwind, you can relax with family and friends in the open living/dining area with a sectional sofa or sit outside around the firepit. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and each is equipped with it's own Heat/AC unit, allowing each guest control over their own comfort. You'll love this NOLIN LAKE CABIN RENTAL at Mammoth Cave.

Great vacation rental

Property is very nice and quiet far enough away from neighbors to allow my boys to be a little loud outdoors. All the beds are memory, foam and very comfortable. The amenities are great. I really enjoyed the outside deck and patio back. They have a number of DVDs and board games. They don't have a Blu-ray player.

Mammoth Cave visit

We loved the property except it was farther from Mammoth Cave than we anticipated. Our kids loved the games and proximity to the lake for swimming. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect family getaway

This property was so clean, accommodating, and had so many things to do, we didn’t even want to leave the cabin! The Nolin State Park beach is so close, and my kids loved it! Thank you, Steve for being awesome, and providing such a beautiful space for us to make fun memories!

Nolin lake

The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. My kids loved the “forest” backyard to scavenger in. We had nightly fires. We came for Mammoth cave and the Kentucky zoo which were both about 45 minutes away. Nolin lake area was flooded when we stayed so we couldn’t do any hiking but the area looks awesome for summertime adventures. Our stay was very peaceful and the owner was very good at communicating and answering any questions

Family vacation

We had not seen our son and his family in a year. The location was great to just be together and swim as well as enjoy local cave tours. Beautiful area.

Short family getaway

The location was secluded and relaxing. Short walk or drive to the lake and beach area. The teens enjoyed playing games and talking around the fire pit. The only downside for us was the beds- the mattresses were harder than our liking.

Relaxing and peaceful

Nice and clean. Off to yourself. Close to Park. Just needed time to catch up with family. Loved the property theme inside cabin. At the lake. Everything you need. Great host. Be back.

A short visit for Mammoth Caves

“We had an unforgettable stay at this charming lakeside cabin! The serene location provided the perfect escape, and the thoughtful touches from the property owner made it even more special. Our group of eight, including four adults, grandparents, and two young boys, felt right at home. The kids were overjoyed with the selection of toys and books thoughtfully provided by the owner. We’ll definitely be returning!”

Great experience

We chose Mammoth Cave as a meeting point to see family friends. It is gorgeous in the springtime. Mammoth Cave is a 40-minute drive away and definitely worth it. Nolin Park is right outside the doors and the lake is just down the street. Great location, a very clean cabin, and beautiful surroundings. We had a great time.

Clean, well kept. Screened in porch great. Recommend to bring bug spray for outside (near the lake)! Excellent amount of options of pots & pans!

Close to Nolin Lake

This property was super clean with comfortable beds! Was fairly close to Mammoth Cave! Check out the Blue Hollar! Cute little local restaurant close by! Only con was internet service was terrible, but most likely to location in the mountains! If you want to go to Lake Nolin it's a very short drive up the street! My dog loved swimming in the lake!

Excellent property and host

The cabin and property are wonderful! Pics don't do it justice. Beautiful surroundings,, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furnishings.. Convenient to Mammoth Cave National Park and is adjacent to a sweet little state park, Nolin Lake. Steve went above and beyond with communication and problem solving. Highly recommend!

Mammoth Cave Getaway

This house in Nolin Lake State Park was great! We had many kids and they all enjoyed all the games, fire pit, and land area that was provided. Our dog also loved the space. The house was as shown and very clean. Towels, appliances, tvs , utensils were all provided for us. Our whole family loved the house. Nolin Lake was gorgeous and so was Mammoth Cave!

Nice Home

We enjoyed our stay. It took us a while to figure out the light switches and plugins in the living room, but after sending the owner a message, it was fine. There isn't any level yard space for kids to play outside, but the beach nearby provides plenty of fun! The location is pretty far away from restaurants, so make sure you bring food. Most of the local restaurants and stores close very early (8 or 9pm) so plan accordingly!

Relaxing weekend getaway!

We stayed for a long weekend and had an enjoyable, relaxing time. My 11 and 13 year old stayed off their phones and played board games and cards, which is always a win as far as I’m concerned. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the fire pit while we listened to music and enjoyed the scenery. The walk to Nolin State Park took just a few minutes, and we enjoyed hiking the trails (even in the mud). Host let us know right away to contact him if we needed anything, but the property had everything we needed. We did struggle to figure out the tv in the main bedroom, but that’s probably for the best. We didn’t need tv! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property!
