Overall, the property was excellent. The interior was very clean, organized and had most all amenities for the stay. The exterior view was awesome, just like the pictures. Even though the weather was great, we didn't spend much time outside due to pool work going on and due to the pollen, I would recommend pressure washing the chairs and tables prior to guests' arrival. We all agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very clean beautiful home..stayed on top floor..had two separate sun room areas..husband enjoyed fishing in the river right off the back deck..nice clean pool area..views were stunning

Awesome stay!

This place was clean and in a prime location. The pool was an added bonus! I would stay here and recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect location, perfect hostess

Property is beautiful in a beautiful location. Our host made everything easy on us and was warm and welcoming. We were there only one night but could have easily spent the week!

Just what we needed

We only stayed for a night but showing up and checking in was easy and the place was spotless and ready to go. Would definitely reserve again if we find ourselves in the area.

Great Getaway!

The property was very clean and presented accurately in the pictures. There were cozy little touches like Christmas tree and lights that we really appreciated :)

Relaxing and fun!

The mid location between Hilton Head and Tybee Islands allowed for an easy drive to both locations. The house was clean, lots of things to do (fishing, swimming, listening to the noises of nature, and more), and amazing lady for a host!

Amazing did not want to leave !!!!

We were so at home there and relaxed. Had to come back to work. You definitely need to stay here, its so close to Hilton Head, Tybee, and Savanah so much to see and do. We also had a baby gator there we named Gary!!!!!

Beautiful, well stocked home

This home and property were absolutely beautiful, and it was very well equipped with anything we possibly could have needed. The host was also very responsive when we needed to reach out about something. We especially loved the massive screened in porch and taking a night swim in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family!

We only stayed at this property for one night on our way from Florida to Maryland but I wish we could have stayed longer! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful home, lots of things to keep the kids busy, and lots of space. The bed in the master bedroom was phenomenal. Excellent communication with the owner. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

The house itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great location. But unfortunately the exterior was significantly different from what was represented in the VRBO listing photos.Our biggest concern was the condition and safety of the outdoor areas. The listing showed a completed pool deck with fencing/railings. In reality, the pool area appeared unfinished, with exposed 2x4 framing, an incomplete deck, and no railing. The pool is directly beside the river, where alligators are present, so the lack of a proper barrier was concerning. There were areas where someone could potentially fall through the decking. With children, this would have been a serious safety concern.The siding near the pool was unfinished. The upstairs patio had artificial turf covering portions of the deck, and when it was accidentally moved, we discovered severely deteriorated/rotted wood underneath.The outdoor kitchen was another major discrepancy. The listing showed a functioning grill and sink, but in reality the equipment was heavily rusted, neither worked, and the sink was not connected to plumbing.We had a good experience with the house & location, but the exterior amenities were not accurately represented. These were more than cosmetic differences—they were advertised amenities, maintenance, and safety hazards. I strongly recommend that the listing photos be updated to accurately reflect the current condition of the property for future guests.

Charming Riverside flat

So much larger than you even expect from the pictures or outside. Lovely accommodation and delightful owner in regular contact! A few board games and a perfect television set up for relaxing in the evening. Outdoor living spaces were plentiful and well appointed also. Thank you for your hospitality!

Clean and spacious upstairs house share

Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and nice kitchen. This is not a stand alone VRBO. You will be staying upstairs and the owners downstairs. Wish I would have known. Confirm checkout time. We had some confusion with the owner.
