Great Location off the beaten path on the scenic Okatee River. Just 20 minutes from Hilton Head, 15 minutes from Beaufort and 10 minutes from the quaint, cozy town of Bluffton. This property has a tidal creek with a dock and two kayaks and a paddle board available(for use on high tide). There are many features in the area such as the beach, exceptional golf courses, fishing, shopping and incredible sight seeing opportunities.

Winter Getaway

Property and location were great in relation to the ocean/beach, Savannah GA, Charleston SC. It was fabulous being able to wake up to the sunrise every morning.

Great golf getaway

Coming from Florida and visiting this place was amazing with my family! Close to amazing and prestigious golf courses. Waking up in the master bedroom with the sun and amazing views was incredible. There was nothing like having your morning coffee on the back deck

5 Days in Okatie

My husband and I from Kansas City, stayed with our mother-in-law from London this in this Okatie home for 5 days. Although we did a fair bit of driving, from this location, we easily visited Savannah, Charleston, Hilton Head, Hunting Island, Bluffton and Beaufort.

Great place!!

We had an amazing time with our family here!! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and even allowed us to check in early/out late without having to ask them!! We definitely enjoyed kayaking on the marsh!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We had a fantastic time! The house and property are both beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect to get back and forth to Hilton Head Island and Beaufort. The hosts were very hospitable and answered our questions promptly.

Lowcountry getaway

House was clean , owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very quiet and relaxing and we loved the views not only from the master bedroom but the back porch and the dock. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home on the marsh

This is a lovely home in a very peaceful setting yet close enough to main roads for easy trips to Beaufort, Bluffton and Savannah. The views over the marsh and river are lovely with many birds to see. The house is spotlessly clean, very well appointed with everything you’ll need and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Spectacular View

This property has amazing views of the river, birds and marshland. It's close to many eateries and stores. The owners were very responsive to our needs. We would recommend this home for a nice family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay and the owners were great hosts.

The home was as advertised, lots of room for the four adult golfers, well equipped kitchen with a well stocked pantry. The location was great for our golf holiday and the view of the river and tides was special. We would love to come back.

Beautiful views, very clean home. Excellent hosts.

We especially enjoyed the kayaks/paddleboard. Very clean, well stocked home. Visited Savannah, HHI, and enjoyed the marsh/river. Would love to visit again!

Quiet, peaceful & low key

Convenient location for us to visit family and friends. Surprisingly many local businesses within minutes with various atmospheres & local flavors plus a fairly direct commute to local and HHI activities for both our young, local family members and their friends for easy meetups.
