Great Location off the beaten path on the scenic Okatee River. Just 20 minutes from Hilton Head, 15 minutes from Beaufort and 10 minutes from the quaint, cozy town of Bluffton. This property has a tidal creek with a dock and two kayaks and a paddle board available(for use on high tide). There are many features in the area such as the beach, exceptional golf courses, fishing, shopping and incredible sight seeing opportunities.

Came for a “girls weekend” and it did not disappoint. Location was ideal for relaxing but still minutes to downtime Bluffton for food and shopping. Property was clean and host was great.

Easy all around. Easy to book, simple & clear communication, clean and comfortable home. We loved the space to spread out and enjoy. We saw lots of wildlife- tree frogs, so many birds, deer, a river otter and a snake. The views of the marsh are quite beautiful.

The layout was roomy and suited our needs well. The accommodations offered all we were looking for during our stay. The hosts were very responsive. The windows and outdoor seating provided lovely views of the marsh. Our stay was quite enjoyable.

Everything was excellent, clean and very comfortable. My son got married at lookout legacy and we did not want to stay at venue with the wedding party, we wanted our own quiet space. It was perfect! Thank you.

This was the perfect clean space for my family. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. I loved the layout of the home. Everyone could spread out without feeling on top of each other. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. It felt secluded but close to everything. I would stay here again when visiting my grandmother on Callawassie.

This is a great place to stay! It is very clean and the tidal river is beautiful!! It is a good jumping off point for beaches and visiting HHI and Savannah. Recommended!

Amazing place. Bit of a unique house but overall excellent. Quiet location down a dirt road and right on the Okatie river. Sunrise over the marsh is gorgeous. Highly recommend. This was our second time staying and plan to book again next year.

This place was super comfortable and spacious. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. Even after we had a car malfunction they checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the view and privacy. I read my book every morning by the window in the sunroom off the primary bedroom. It was so quiet yet not far from things we needed such as groceries and things to do. It was nice and cold inside even on hot days. Take a sleep mask if you want to sleep in- sun comes up early and no curtain on the bedroom window overlooking the marsh. Very bright. Would definitely stay there again.

Well stocked house. Extra coffee, cleaning supplies. Enjoyable scenery. Not far from restuarants and grocery stores. Hosts were proactve and responsive. Suggest sunset pizza for reasonable priced food

Great welcoming place

It was a wonderful place to stay very clean gorgeous views of the inlet and the people over the house were extremely nice booking was easy getting to the house was easy they just made it a great easy weekend to get away

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. We were there for my son's boot camp graduation and the owners left us a gift and a sweet note. That was a lovely gesture that I wasn't expecting.

Great place!!

We had an amazing time with our family here!! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and even allowed us to check in early/out late without having to ask them!! We definitely enjoyed kayaking on the marsh!!
