Perfect location in a great neighborhood. The house is decorated nicely and had everything we needed! The host is very friendly and gave great food recommendations. I will definitely stay again when I visit Santa Fe , New Mexico ( not New America) !!

Enjoyed staying here for a couple days and would love to come back again soon. Felt very safe and relaxed in the house ( neighborhood). Nice little trail for a walk near by. Good communication between the Hostes and I. Very pleased Thank you.

Loved the Santa Fe style home, and the quiet neighborhood allowing good sleep overnight. The backyard outdoor patio with its lights at night enabled us to relax and enjoy after a busy day. Hosts supplied games and we enjoyed playing Uno. When we had questions about an item in the house, Becky, the host, was excellent in answering quickly. We would stay there again!

Clean, well furnished, and comfortable house in a nice neighborhood in Santa Fe. Convenient to downtown and all of the many attractions in Santa Fe and environs. Hosts Becky and Jim communicated with us to make sure everything was all right - greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Stayed for hot air balloon festival. It was about 1 hour away from airport and 20 min to Santa Fe. We will definitely stay here again. House was very comfortable and cozy. Neighborhood was nice.

Enjoyable stay

I would recommend this property for your stay in Santa Fe. Good location to the highways not far from downtown Santa Fe.

We had a fun stay at the home of Jim and Becky! Communication was great and the house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had never stayed in that part of Santa Fe so it was fun to explore it.

Great location and access

We enjoyed our stay visiting family in the area, close enough to downtown and not far from Bandelier and Meow Wolf excusions as well as other hiking trails. Great outdoor meal space and privacy

Perfect for our visit. This is a nice property. It was clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the back patio. Good communication with the host.

Great location

We were doing the great balloon chase race in Albuquerque, which was going alongside the balloon festival. Staying in Santa Fe was a great location as there was a lot to do in Santa Fe and then just an easy 50 minutes or so to Albuquerque.

Exactly what we wanted!

Charming house in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our family of four. Hosts were very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed for our visit. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we had a wonderful time!

New Jersey meets the west.

Well appointed and decorated for the region. Comfortable furnishings and a nice back yard. Location worked for all our explorations. Quick access to I-25 and routes north and south of town. Close to shopping, dining and all Santa Fe has to offer. Communication with owners was quick and pleasant.

Splendid stay

This place was perfect. Quiet location with easy access to old Santa Fe. The three bedrooms are all very nice with comfortable beds. Really nice back patio with barbecue and table and chairs. Great kitchen and living room. Hosts Becky and Jim are very responsive and helpful.

Lovely Home

Lovely home and close to site seeing areas in Santa Fe. Even though we wanted to see sites about an hour and a half away, time went fast and the views were amazing. The house was in a good and quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked, clean and hostess was easy to get in contact with. Great patio! The pictures are a good representation of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy & conveniently located

We used this house as a central location for family activities in Albuquerque, for visiting several National Parks/Forests, and exploring Santa Fe. Its location made it super easy to hop on the highways, but it’s also in a quiet neighborhood. The covered patio was a lovely place to start & end our days. The neighborhood walking paths were a plus!
