The trip was amazing , house is just as described, fishing was ok , caught a 4 ft gar but nephew let it go other fish caught as well , family memories made . The views of the bay were amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat .

This was a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and view from the porch this morning watching the sun come up was awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing fishing retreat

The fishing pier is in need of repair but we were able to use it and had so much fun this house was a blast!

Yes, Unfortunately the step down washed away again. It is so close to the water and the waves are Relentless. It is hard to keep it intact. We have replaced it numerous times and probably will do it again. Thank you so much for the glowing review despite that. The house is wonderful and is one of our most favorite places in the world. It was our first rental and is Truly our baby!

Nice place to stay on the bay.

Overall the house and property was great. There was enough room for our large group, and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The tubs and showers were amazing. The guest book needs a little updating, but I have zero complaints, and would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation for families

We ALL loved staying here!!! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and rained more than we wanted which prevented us from doing outdoor activities . Our time here was very relaxing and allowed our family to reconnect. There was plenty of room , beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the views.

Great place for family gatherings!

Beautiful property on the water! Initially we thought the water and the pier was behind the house but it is actually across the street in front of the house.. Either way we had a great time together at this beautiful home. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to hang out with extended family

We had an amazing stay at Court House, it was very accommodating, everyone had plenty of space, beds were comfy and the location was perfect for us. We loved the fishing pier and were out on it a lot. All in all a great Thanksgiving was enjoyed by all. Thank you!

Amazing family property

We were able to comfortably fit multiple families for a spring break getaway. The large rooms, multiple beds, and dual kitchens made it extremely spacious. We spent hours everynight fishing off the dock and days grilling and playing volleyball in the large yard. I highly recommend this beautiful property and look forward to returning.

Family vacation

Overall it was a great trip, we were able to get our whole family together for the first time in awhile. Will say though the peir and childrens playhouse that are in the listing were destroyed by the last huricane that came through and unusable.

The pier was still usable but part of the t-head was taken out by a hurricane. Everyone else's piers were also damaged. It is FULLY repaired and has been for quite a while. Children's play set was knocked over and torn up by the same storm. It has been cleaned up as well. Not replaced yet, however. Everything else is in VERY good working order.

Father’s Day Family fishing trip

This place is beautiful and has plenty of space for large family gatherings. We had a blast the house is equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The fishing was not as good as expected because of the wind but we didn’t mind because there was so much more to enjoy. The host is responsive and accessible great job we loved it here and we will definitely be back thanks!

The Court House

We were at the house the week after Christmas, 2022. We were very comfortable with 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Thank you so much forthe wonderful family time. This place is better than advertised!!!

Texas Courthouse

Wonderful property! House is perfect for large groups. The layout allows nice privacy for bedrooms & bathrooms. The living areas are very nice and comfortable. Separate living area and kitchen upstairs allows some separation if wanted or needed. Very nice lighted pier. Would definitely recommend this house.
