HI! You are going to love our beautiful 2 BR/2 Bath 2nd floor pet friendly condo in Myrtle Beach. Features Kitchen, Living room, DR area, washer/dryer, cable tv in every room, Slider doors to balcony overlooking the pool where you can have your morning coffee if you wish! Central air/Heat. Brand new sofa opens up to a bed for extra sleep space. Board games and beach supplies including 2 beach chairs and pool noodles are available for your enjoyment. Great for golfers! Located next to Myrtlewood Golf Course. We are located far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but close enough to many attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Grand Prix Racing, waterparks and restaurants! Myrtle Beach is approximately 2 miles away. There is also Surfside Beach (one of my favorites) a little further and Huntington Beach State Park is about 30 minutes away.
Key Card needed for pool entry.Please don’t lose key fobs $150 to replace them.
Bed linens and towels included ! We have plenty of blankets and pillows. Mattress covers and pillow protectors on all beds.

We had a great stay! My kids enjoyed the pool and I thought the location was good. Was clean— there was some dog hair on furniture, but that was to be expected at a pet-friendly place. We loved the sand toys and pool toys that we could use! We would stay again!

We appreciated how responsive and helpful Kathy was throughout our stay. When we arrived to a broken AC and initial cleanliness issues, she acted quickly by having a technician fix the AC right away and offering to send the cleaning team back.The screened-in porch and dog friendly unit were also highlights, it was nice to hang out without worrying about bugs. The neighborhood is also quiet, the pool right behind the building was a plus.While the host's communication was great and the outdoor space was lovely, we felt the overall condition of the home's interior did not match the price point. Beyond standard turnover service, the entire space felt overdue for a good clean and refresh. We also found the bed a bit soft, and the sheets were not the best quality.

Hi Nicole, thank you for acknowledging. I worked fast when the AC was not working properly. I believe the guy was there within an hour of you telling me about it. As for the cleaning company, I will be in the process of looking for a new one. They told me one of the owners cleaned it, and did not believe you when you said the floors were dirty. I always side with my guests. So I will be working to find another company. The mattress in the bedroom is only two years old. Everyone has different taste. Most people tell us they love it and it’s comfortable. I am sorry that it was not to your liking. It is hard to find good help when you do not live in the state. They do really good for a while and then they start to slack off. I do appreciate you letting me know.

Great Stay - Second Time Staying Here!

This is my second time staying here! We had a great stay, the host is super friendly, and the property was just as pictured! Would definitely recommend staying here. It’s in a great location too. So close to everything!

Great place!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The owners were excellent with communication if I had a question. We would totally stay here again if we decide to come back to Myrtle Beach.

Great vacation

The place was beautiful!!!! So close to everything we did so much I will definitely love to go back if you would have us!!! Beds were comfy the screened in porch was my favorite. Only got in the pool once but it was very nice when we did!!

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great time staying here and are thinking about booking here again, in the near future! Great location and close to everything. Hosts are super friendly and are responsive, when needed! This Vrbo feels like a home away from home. Definitely recommend staying here!

Didn't want to leave!

Another great stay! Property inside and out is always clean. Check in/out process is easy. Location close to attractions and beach. Comforts of home from full kitchen, games on rainy days, screened in porch. Owners are fast to repond to any questions or anything you need during your stay.

Great place!

Location was great and is just like you see in the pictures. Home was clean, good variety of kitchen supplies, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the screened in balcony.

Myrtle Beach visit

This 2 bedroom was so cute and well kept. Very quit area and very close to so many attractions and restaurants. Minutes away from main attractions. If you plan on visiting Myrtle Beach I definitely recommend staying here, perfect for a couple or small family.

Just as advertised: perfecr

The pics were exactly what the place looked like. Our first thought was adorable. We were very comfortable there and it was only minutes away from everything. We were in SC for a softball tournament and only wished we could have stayed longer. We are already discussing how we can come back next year.

Great Location

The property is “as advertised.” The Manager was very quick to respond to any questions and the Condo was clean, accessible and had easy access to all areas of Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful condo. Right next to MyrtleWood golf Course. It is the perfect location for us. Our 2 pugs enjoyed themselves. We will stay there again..

Magnolia Place is centrally located to everything! Less than 2 miles to the beach. 1 mile to Broadway at the Beach and there are tons of attractions in the surrounding area as well. Plenty of Golf if that is why you are coming and a lot of things for kids and families to do

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We actually purchased our home long distance with the help of a great realtor. We only saw our place in pictures and videos. We came down for the closing and walked in and knew right away we made the right choice. We are so happy with our condo and everything Magnolia Place has to offer.
