Live it up on the lake in this beautiful two bedroom condo across the cove from the Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake of the Ozarks. The Pelican Bay complex offers swimming pool, kid pool, basketball court and lakefront boardwalk. Main channel “million dollar” view. Boat and jet ski rentals available at Surdykes and Margaritaville which are both close. Boat ramp and trailer storage at Laketime RV and Camp Ground Call 573-200-6685. It is located across the cove from Pelican Bay.

The well equipped kitchen has new quartz countertops and beautiful new floors. Gas grills provided at the club house. Enjoy outdoor seating areas on front and back decks. Stretch out in comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has tv, deck access, floor to ceiling views of the lake and a private bath. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combination. Additional sleeping in living room with twin size air mattress (2), topper for couch. Sheets, linens, bath towels and beach towels are all provided.

Bathrooms have hair dryers, soap, and shampoo. Laundry has washer/dryer with supply of detergent and dryer sheets.

Kitchen has supplies of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, antibacterial gel, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and many more condiments.

Unit is top floor accessible by one flight of stairs from parking lot.

No pets allowed.

The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The view from the deck was perfect to see the main channel of the lake and boat traffic. The pool and surrounding area was very nice and clean. The dock was perfect for drop off/pick up of passengers. Our host responded to every message within minutes. We were close by water and land to so many good amenities. Great location!

This place was absolutely heavenly! The owners were wonderful and attentive to our questions. They have literally thought of everything, even fans for both bedrooms and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable and the view in the master bedroom, living room, and balcony - amazing!!! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Debbie for such a beautiful and comfortable home.

Great Getaway

Wonderful stay!

What a great condo and great property overall. Best stocked condo that I have ever stayed in with top quality appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, beds, etc! Also has a fantastic view! Great location with nice pool. Highly recommend it.

Excellent property! Very clean, well-stocked and well-kept condo...would definitely stay again! Bonus to have a king bed in the second bedroom. Communication with owner was quick and thorough. Ozark family getaway

We were so happy with the wonderful condo and the gorgeous views from our deck, including all the boaters and watching the birds from the island in front of us. The location was quite handy for our plans on boating, jet skiing, hiking, cave touring, wineries, etc. Debbie was very helpful, answering our questions. We recommend this place to anyone coming to the Ozarks.

Relaxing get away with family!

We have stayed on this property before and were happy to find a unit on the same side of the peninsula. We love sitting on the deck in mornings and evenings watching the geese, herons and egrets on the small island in the lake. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and everything clean. We enjoyed meeting people at the pool- it's a small condo community and everyone is friendly. So it's important to keep that in mind when observing quiet hours. We would definitely return, love this part of the Lake of the Ozarks!

Comfy place

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was just my husband and myself visiting. We were gone most days but the evenings were quiet, the beds comfy and the amenities were plentiful. Debbie was very quick to text back when I had a few questions. She text me on arrival day that the place was ready early which I appreciated. We bought a place at the lake during this week but we will keep this home in mind for friends and family.

A Condo/Host You won’t be disappointed!

Without a doubt this was a great booking! It’s everything we thought and more! The location is great both on the lake and off. Despite rain, our weekend was amazing. The condo was the highlight of our stay with a view better than most resorts offer. The deck was a perfect place to relax and take in lake life while the kitchen, bedding, and extras made the stay comfortable and luxurious! Communication with Debbie, the host, was exceptional and she was super personable and friendly! All of this made my first booking through this platform great! I will definitely book this condo again and tell anyone I know this condo makes a perfect weekend getaway even if it rains!!! No doubt, anyone who books this place should be happy!

The only bad thing about this property was the Chicago Cubs sign on the patio!! lol! St Louis Cardinals fan for life!! This place was amazing! Will definitely stay again if available!
