Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

Wonderful location. We always love staying at Sterling shores with our young girls. The zero entry pool gives them a great place to play. The short walk to the beach is simple even with young kids. We have vacationed here the last 4 years at various condos. We did ask for the hot water heater to be adjusted when we arrived as the water was barely warm and someone was supposed to adjust it but never did, which is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5.

Clean but not… pool and beach a plus for sure!

Place obviously clean but the furniture was badly stained, knob in bathroom broken, generally cheaply renovated. Mattress not at all comfortable- woke up with backache every day. Pool and beach were wonderful. Great place for spring breakers.

Fantastic view

Loveddddd the view. Elevator was clean and fast. Room and beds were extremely clean. The bathroom mirrors had damage and the mirror in the kitchen was broken. Ceiling above the shower had mold. Lots of dishes/utensils in the kitchen. Not enough seating- 1 chair and 1 sofa bed that was so hard and uncomfortable. 7 or 8 barstools in the kitchen, but no comfortable seating.

Amazing View!

Very clean I’m condo and property. Second bedroom is more like a storage room- not much air exchange and no closet. Pool closed 1.5 days during stay- one person said bc of accident in pool but other staff said they were replacing tiles. Were told via email water would be out 8a-12p(possibly 5pm) so stayed away from condo all day only to get back and be told “oh it was only turned off for like 30min” but no one notified us it was back on which was frustrating. We did otherwise really like the place.

Wonderful!

We go on vacation every year down south and this was the nicest place we have stayed at so far! I like how it is private and 2 pools so they weren’t overwhelmed with people. I like how easy it is to get to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we could have needed. We will definitely be coming back to stay next year.

The View

The unit was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. The property was very clean and beautiful. I have recommended Sterling Shores to friends!

Room 1016

Lovely decor, pretty scenery, love the gated grounds. There were 4 of us and only seating for 3 on the balcony (due to a wicker loveseat sagging in the middle and leary of breaking) and only a small sofa and single chair in the living room so furniture on web site was deceiving. Beds were lumpy, creaked at every move and horribly uncomfortable! Ice maker in frig did not work and had to purchase ice on site. Ridiculous!

Great Customer service

I gave it a 5 star b/c how well management took care of us. The room was good but our washer leaked. They had someone there immediately to look at it and within an hour they gave us an upgraded room. A potential bad experience turned into a great one!

Condo

Everything was very nice except for the beds the beds were terribly uncomfortable and very loud as far as the Renting of the chairs at the beach we were disappointed that they PACU so in there with a lot of other people they don’t put much space between you for some privacy and for Covid purposes. The location was nice and the kitchen was very nice.

Worst experience ever

If I could give this unit 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst place I have ever rented on the Alabama/Florida panhandle. There were broken items that were hazards, a totally unstocked kitchen, no dishcloths or dish towels, no washcloths in the bathrooms, & TVs that did not work. Total disaster!

Great location

Everything was great except that we were told beach chair service came with rental. Also, the beach pool was being renovated and we were told how much we would love it:(

Very outdated.

Sterling shores as a whole is nice and has a great location. Our room 1016 was very dated and not well kept. Everything was in need of an update. The second bedroom is tiny. The couch bed is VERY old and uncomfortable. The leather chair in the picture is not even there. The carpet is coming off the tac strip and is very uncomfortable. I would never rent this room again. Take your time when selecting a room because we had a large group go and other units were very nice, updated and clean.
