Destin Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay, Pelican Beach Resort is so clean and is a very nice location. The resort is so well maintained and so close to the beach with wonderful restaurants in the area. We had great weather too.

Destin Vacation

It was our first time using VRBO, everything went well. Pics were accurate for property, staff was friendly, and it was very clean. Beaches were beautiful in Destin.

We had a great stay! Kitchen was fully stocked. Wish there were hooks to hang towels in the second bathroom.

Pelican Beach Resort

This place was relaxing and well equipped for me, yet fun for my kids,the pool close to us and lots of nice people. The front desk personnel were helpful and courteous.

New Year Getaway

The property is really good and in a great location! I think every room has a view of the beach and it's accessible right from the property. The Real Joy team are great to work with and made our stay very good.

Great Vacation Stay

The condo was clean and well kept. The location was perfect. Many restaurants and stores around. Checkin was the most convenient process ive experienced lately. Would highly recommend this place.

Quick family getaway

Found this cute little condo on vrbo for our first family vacay and it was a great choice. Centrally located, easy beach access, clean and easy to get to as well as great location on the property. We plan to come back!

Great location

The condo was very comfortable and the location was incredible. We had a great time and everything was a short walk. The place was a little outdated , and the kitchen could have better utensils and pots.

Pelican beach resort

Stay was great, the weather did not want to cooperate, but still had a good time. The only downside was not being allowed to take our own beach chairs to the waters edge and having to rent one if you want one close

Beautiful Gulf of Mexico Stay

Destin beach and ocean beautiful. Nice size clean pools and hot tubs but very family centered, lots of kids so not any in pool time for our adult group. But nice lounging around pools with plenty chaise lounges. Tiki beach bar great, good food in Cafe not cheap but to be expected in this area.
