Located between Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands, this quiet cottage is tucked back in the woods and ready for your vacation. You will be just a short drive away from golfing, skiing, beaches, zip lining, horseback riding and much more. This property is only a 10 min drive from Harbor Springs and 12 min from Petoskey. Both towns offer great shopping, activities, casual and fine dining.

This cottage has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs loft has 3 full-sized beds. Living area has a 48" flat screen TV and dedicated high-speed internet, hardwood floors, A/C , forced-air natural gas furnace and a wood stove. Kitchen is well-equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee-maker and toaster. There is a cozy outdoor patio outback with propane and charcoal grills and a firepit for evening bonfires.

Great place!

Great place. This was our second time staying here. You cannot beat the location and the "up north feel" of this cabin. Owner is very friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Up North Cottage

We stayed at this cottage for a ski weekend with our two teens and two of their friends. It was absolutely perfect! The cottage is very comfortable and cozy and was a great place to relax after a long day of skiing. The loft area was great for the teens to sleep and watch a movie. We appreciated how well-stocked it was. Its location is perfect too, literally two minutes from the Nub’s parking lot. We hope to stay here again next winter!

Snowy Escape

This cabin was awesome! Great location. The owners give clear directions to find the place and on how things work in the house. The wood fire stove really made it cozy. It felt like a home away from home, being able to cook a dinner in that kitchen was a simple joy. And my Fiancée felt like a kid again when we could sleep up in the loft. We would absolutely book again!

Perfect little Chalet

Great family place to stay near ski hills! Host is very accommodating and has home amenities for cooking your own meals and snacks. Kids loved the loft space they had with TV to set up their gaming console. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Super cute!

Our stay at John's cottage was perfect. He provided great directions, which was helpful as we arrived after dark. The beds were comfortable and my niece was loved the goodies that were left for us. The cottage was in a great area and near to our friend's house, which is who we were visiting. We will definitely stay again!

Comfy • Cozy

Enjoyed our time at this cottage. Very comfy, was the over all feel. The owners have done such a nice job making sure you'd have all that you need during your stay. Bonus little extra touch's made us laugh.... kind note waiting when we arrived, with chocolates and dog treats for our pet. Definitely would stay again.

Chalet in the woods

Cute, cozy, rustic chalet nestled in the woods. Perfect location for trips to Harbor Springs, Tunnel of Trees, or Petoskey. The hosts thought of everything when stocking the cabin. The deck out back was perfect for relaxing in the sun. Owners were wonderful hosts

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

This cabin was perfect for a quick stay for some fall hiking and exploring around Northern Michigan. John and Dianna were very nice and did a great jog of making the cabin feel warm and welcoming.

Perfect getaway

The property was the perfect little get away spot, the accommodations were above and beyond, with everything we needed and more being available. Definitely would recommend this spot, and would like to come back again

Unexpected surroundings

The location looked okay on the map, near Harbor Springs but it was hard to find! We were surprised to find a partially burnt out townhome building that you need to drive around about 100 yards from the property. The cabin was not really clean. We reserved this for two nights and left after one. The cabin has potential, however, it needs improvements.

Great fire pit. Had to sweep off deck and wipe down patio furniture. Bathtub and shower definitely needed an up grade.

Perfect get a way

Great Pet Friendly Cabin

John and Dianna were such nice hosts. The cabin was exactly what I was looking for. It’s very close to so many things and walking distance to a great restaurant Teddy Griffins. I will definitely be back.

30th Anniversary Getaway

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. The cabin was comfortable and we appreciated the gas grill for dinner on our second evening. We will come back with our dogs and family next time. Everything we needed was available.

Sweet cabin getaway!

We loved our stay ~ perfect size for the 5 of us. Owners left the place super clean & stocked with goodies. And when we couldn’t figure out the tiki torches they came over right away to get us taken care of. Fun memories made ~ can’t recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best time

House/cabin just as advertised. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog and she absolutely loved the woods and treats John & Dianna left for her. Cabin has everything one would need - even firewood for the fire pit! My son loved the snacks John & Dianna left as we got there kind of late and hadn’t gone to the grocery. We hope to stay here again. Thanks, John & Dianna!

Cute cabin

We enjoyed our time at this cabin. The property owner was super friendly and everything inside was well stocked. The cabin could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we had a great time.
