This property worked well for us because it was directly on the Little Traverse Wheel way and a very short ride to the North Western State Trail. We also enjoyed the close proximity to so many places of interest.

Location was wonderful for getting to other local communities.Boyne Mountain, Harbour Springs, Petosky, and Cheboygan were all short drives away.No issues, No problems, instructions were clear and precise. Loved Staying there!!!

Very clean and organized home. Kitchen well stocked. Nice quiet area but very close to stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. We used the pullout sofa bed and that was comfy as well. Hazel was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. I would stay again!

Was attending a family wedding and rented the property for our weekend stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area as you won't be disappointed. The property is very close to all activities including the beach and a state park.

The home needs to be deep cleaned from top to bottom. There was so much dust that one of the people in the group had an asthma attack. We ended up washing all the dishes we used because they were dirty as well.The host was nice but I don’t think she knows how dirty the home is.

I am sorry that this unit did not meet your expectations. We have had a very busy summer with a lot of renters, and this is the first time we have had this issue mentioned. We have had 4 and 5 star reviews consistently. If asthma is an issue, then it would be wise for you to check with an owner first about those special needs that your group would have.

Great location! It was easy to walk into Petoskey State Park. The condo is right on the bike path and is across the street from a great market/grocery. It was really easy to get around from this rental. I would note that if you have any issues with fragrance (there were wall plug-ins) or scented laundry products, you may want to consult with the host first to see what they are using as the sheets and towels were washed with a scented detergent. Overall, the location was fantastic!

In town for a wedding -and we also ride bikes so loved being right on the bike path ! Location is great right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs !!

This was one of the most well-equipped condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and everything in the condo was comfortable. The location was terrific.

Bob and Hazel's place was in a perfect location for our family's ski weekend getaway. The space was comfortable and clean. Our son loved the board games and movies and we watched one of my husband's childhood favorites. Coffee and toiletries were not provided (totally fine, we've just gotten spoiled on other trips and therefore forgot to pack our own, so this is just a heads up for planning purposes).
