Nearby Everything You Enjoy!! Just a quarter-mile from SKIING and golf at Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob. A great jumping-off point for shopping, swimming, cycling & seeing the sites. Head up to Historic Mackinac or take a quick 4-mile drive to enjoy the beaches of the State Park. The charming hamlet of Harbor Springs is minutes away and Downtown Petoskey is right across the Bay. Just a quick FYI. The two bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS just in case stairs are a challenge for you.

Overall highly recommend this host, they communicated great with us and they went above and beyond to make are stay a wonderful experience. I will staying again!

It's so nice to stay in a cozy little townhouse instead of a hotel room when you stay in one place for a few days. And that's what this was it was very clean cozy and comfortable. We were glad we chose this place to stay we would recommend it

Great location with great hosts!! Overall layout of property is good for many travelers needs including dogs, bikes, golf clubs, skis and smaller groups. Hosts are very friendly and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Price was great. Beds were comfy. They even provided coke, bottled water and snacks! The host was gracious and very hospitable. Would stay there again.

The location was centrally located for the events we attended. The property was stocked with ample amenities. Internet & TV were a bonus. Very clean, beds were comfortable, water was hot. We enjoyed a takeout pizza from Teddy Griffin’s, very convenient. Overall excellent rating & would book again.

My wife will be calling in to see if we can’t stay there again maybe next year see you a little bit more of the area we’re from Wisconsin so it was kind of like a 34 day getaway and they only had three available. I just wish they would’ve been more would’ve stayed another night.

(This review is written by David’s daughter, so stayed with him in this location)This cozy little apartment was EXACTLY what we needed for our week in Northern Michigan. It was very welcoming and homey in the best way. It felt safe and we both really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely kind and went out of their way to make our stay as best as it could be: personalized handwritten notes, chocolates, fresh new toiletries if needed, and they were friendly and accessible. Dad and I did laundry while here and their in unit washer/dryer was so great. Thank you for that! We genuinely had a great time here and would love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us and making our summer vacation complete :)

Perfect location for hiking trails and to try out area restaurants (walking distance to Teddy Griffin's Roadhouse restaurant). Appreciated the small details like a note and bag of treats left for our allowed large dog, the ease of check-in, and the prompt communication with owners.

Hosts communicated well thru texts and email. We forgot two jackets in the unit and they left the unit open for us to pick up later that day after our golf game at the Highlands.

John was a very attentive host and had many extra touches in his home which made us feel very welcome. This was a great home base for our family ski trip to Nubs!

This is a great place to stay when you’re out running around during the day – there’s not a lot of room to hang around in the house, but that worked out fine for us. Communication with the host was really the best it could be, very responsive and no huge expectations of us. Nice selection of amenities that would’ve been nice if we had forgotten them – we didn’t use them, but it was nice to know they were there. All good!

Comfortable, cozy little townhouse. Beds were very comfortable, living space was perfect for us and had everything we could have need toiletries wise. Everything was amazing! In an amazing location, right between the 2 resorts. Will be back!
