Nearby Everything You Enjoy!! Just a quarter-mile from SKIING and golf at Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob. A great jumping-off point for shopping, swimming, cycling & seeing the sites. Head up to Historic Mackinac or take a quick 4-mile drive to enjoy the beaches of the State Park. The charming hamlet of Harbor Springs is minutes away and Downtown Petoskey is right across the Bay. Just a quick FYI. The two bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS just in case stairs are a challenge for you.

Nice condo, good location between Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

I enjoy staying here, this was a repeat visit. Great landlord, condo is so well stocked and homey and clean.

The location is absolutely perfect. Sooo easy to unload car with 2 six year olds in tow.

The hosts are so thoughtful and courteous!! Really great place to stay… we will be back. This made our ski vacation so easy!!

Comfortable with thoughtful accessories

The place was very comfortable and easy to find. The host provided thoughtful and useful extras like treats for our pup, coffee, and misc items in the bathroom. It was a very nice stay.

Super responsive hosts, fantastic location

We had a great ski weekend at this affordable, ski resort adjacent property. Great value for a family traveling with our dog. Hosts were incredibly helpful and communication was quick and easy!

Great stay near ski resorts!

Had an awesome long weekend with my fiancé. Location was perfect, 4 minutes from Nubs Nob, 2 minutes from Highlands, for a few days of skiing. Would certainly stay again. Thanks!

Perfect for our needs

This property provided us with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the townhouse was well stocked from toiletries to food and drink choices. Our host was very easy to communicate with and flexible with our arrival time. Would recommend.

Quiet and Relaxing

This place was fantastic! I went up to get away from the city and get some quiet time and that's exactly what I got. Checking was so easy, the hosts were communicative and left great instructions for the wifi and TV. I will definitely go back.

Pleasant little place

Would've liked to have even a small kitchen table to eat at, instead of the sofa. All of the snack foods were a nice touch, like the toiletries in the bathroom very reasonable price wise. Both beds were very clean and comfortable.

The property is very convenient to Harbor Springs and Petosky. The unit was clean and well stocked. The interior could use a little refreshing as in paint and the bathroom needs a little work. The TV was a nightmare. 5 remotes is a bit much to try and figure out.

The townhouse was not clean enough for comfort and there was no bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms... this is important to know.

Has potential….

The nice aspects of this visit were the handwritten welcome note, gracious supply of snacks, beverages and often-forgotten toiletries and ease of check in. The overall impression, however, was not great. The townhome reminded me of a college town basement apartment that had seen many renters….. the space was outdated and dirty--lots if cobwebs and dust, the bathroom floor was dirty and the kitchen mat was covered with stains. The downstairs area (kitchen, living room, bathroom) had a really unpleasant odor.

Property needed much work for security reasons. No second story railing for uneven stairs, silverfish in tub, worm infestation, no secondary escape door if there was fire, toilet hardly flushed down, rusty water out of shower head, no mattress pad. We did not stay the second night. We are in our 70’s and no railing to get to bathroom in evening was a game changer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were thoughtful, accommodating and quick to communicate with any questions we had. They even went the extra mile by sharing extra tips and info to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. One of the sweetest touches was finding dog treats waiting for our pups, it really made us feel welcome and cared for. The property was comfortable, well-kept and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a memorable time and truly hope to return soon. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extras (bottled water, butter, candy, and toiletries) provided by the host. The unit is basic but clean, as described, and all we needed. Host was great.
