Seacrest has been rated among the best developments on 30-A and this house sits on the front row with beautiful gulf views, steps from the beach and pool. You won't need to take a 'second look' to know this is where you want to spend your vacation. This beautifully designed 3-story, 4-bedroom/4-bath beach house is spacious and has beautiful, unobstructed gulf views from the second and third floors. No need to go to the first floor for refills, the third floor features a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink (no ice maker). Two masters with king beds are located on the third and second floors. One has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other has a rainfall shower and separate tub. Hardwoods and granite throughout make this house first-class all the way. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa with a private bath with double sinks & beautiful granite countertops. Downstairs the final bedroom has 3 twin beds and a double bed. Doors from the main area and the twin room access the fourth bath. All the bedrooms have balconies. You won't want to leave the house, but you must, to enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool steps away and the beautiful beach just across the street. A charcoal grill is available at the house if you want to cook out.
Beautiful Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach adjoin Seacrest and the town of Seaside is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful all along 30-A and you won't have to look far to find a spa including the Aquarius spa at Seaside.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful vacation home! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive in communicating everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip.The location couldn't have been better close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the amazing attractions that make 30A such a special destination. It was the perfect home base for relaxing and exploring the area.The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to our wonderful host for making our vacation so memorable!

Clean house, great location. Hardest part was that the blinds weren’t functional, affecting sleep and privacy as you can see right through. Other than that the house was just as described and met our needs! Thank you.

The home was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Had one small issue with AC on first day and owner was very responsive and had it fixed in an hour. We had a great time!!

Well equipped house with large rooms. Perfect for family gathering. Pool area a short walk away which was clean and well managed. Great range of eating options near by.

Girls getaway
Perfect location, walking distance to everything we needed. Beautiful big pool. Highly recommend!

Close to pool and beach access
We had a wonderful time in Seacrest Beach. The house was huge and close to the pool and beach!

Great house, great location!
This house was perfect for our spring break crew. It was clean and the location could not have been better! We will for sure stay at this property again!!

Weekend getaway
Love the house and location. Easy, close access to the beach. The roof top patio has beautiful ocean views.

Great location for a family getaway
We loved how central this location was to rosemary and Alys. The bedrooms are spacious and while we were up early with little kids, we really enjoyed a cup of coffee watching the sunrise from the roof deck. The house provided just the right accommodations for what we needed on this family getaway!

We absolutely loved it. Great location. Ocean views from top floor. Owner was extremely responsive.
We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, Nee Years or next May.

This house was PERFECT for our family vacation! We all had so much room and the beds were SO comfortable!!! Our kids loved riding bikes in the neighborhood and walking to the community pool! Our host, Rachel, was such an angel and was always so fast to respond!

Excellent family beach house
We had a lovely time staying in Rachel's home for our family vacation! The house has everything you need to relax and feel at home. Super easy walk across 30A to get to the beach (even easy with kids in tow, carrying all the beach gear!) and the main hub of restaurants and shops are also walking distance. The complex has a beautiful, resort-style pool with a little beach cafe within the grounds. We loved our time and would happily stay here again!

GORGEOUS property
This was, by far, the nicest vacation property we have stayed at on VRBO. So comfortable and close to everything. PERFECT for a girls getaway!! Will definitely come back with family.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and can see the Gulf from the balcony. Problem with the balcony is there aren’t any cushions on the outdoor furniture. Kitchen provided everything needed. Overall, needs decor update, larger television in the living area, mattress in one of the rooms was VERY hard.

Beautiful home! Very clean and spacious. Loved every bit. The blinds were not functional as you can see right into the house at night. And did not block the sun in the morning.

Perfect girls weekend house
Me and my girlfriends loved all the space to get ready and big comfy couch to hang! We also cooked dinner one night together and loved the big dining table to enjoy.
