Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom with 1 and 1/2 bath condo. Perfect getaway for a couple in Victorian Cape May. Weekly or monthly rentals. Includes all utilities,cable and Nexflix. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are two entrances with access to a fire pit and a screened gazebo. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with a large deck off of the dining area.
One mile and three quarters to the beach. Also has two beach tags to use upon payments. Cape May zoo is 8 mile away. Higbee beach is a mile and half away, very popular for bird watching.
Cape May Louis ferry is two mile away to Lewes Delaware and the factory outlets. It is convenient to all seashore resorts and Wildwood and Cape May, a mile and a half away. Private household attached. 2 Private entrances and Parking available. Bike path to city of Cape May, Zoo and beach.

Very private and quiet, yet close to beaches and restaurants and state park. The patio is large and comfortable. A very good bed.

The property was immaculately maintained and and very well equipped. Marie the property owner is extremely sweet, very communicative, and helped us with anything we needed. She even had a plate of fresh homemade cookies waiting for us on arrival. Everything was just perfect, and we will definitely book again for another Cape May excursion.

We had a girls weekend, not knowing what to expect since we have never been to Cape May. We booked this condo. What a beautiful place! We arrived to fresh baked cookies that were amazing. This Condo was clean, quiet and was at a perfect location for the beaches, restaurants and activities. I would definently recommend this place. We had a great time.

The property is just stunning and the condo is so beautiful and comfortable and large and so close to everything in cape may! The deck and back yard is just so peaceful. My fiance and I did not want to leave! We actually got engaged on her back deck! Marie was such a great host and she is so generous and we made forever friends! Cant wait to stay there again very soon!!

We had a great stay at Marie's Cape May property! Marie is an excellent host and was very helpful in recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The unit was furnished beautifully and convenient to all the sights and beaches in Cape May. Highly recommend!!!

the property is exactly inline with the description on Vrbo. It is a very easy 5 minute drive into central historic Cape May. It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy Cape May during the day and then escape the crowds at the end of the day. Whoever installed the HVAC and infrastructure at the property did a great job. Air conditioning cooled and removed humidity quickly and we had great hot water for showers. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. This property is a mother in law apartment attached to a single family home so the host lives on the premises. Some people like that, some don't, but we had full privacy at all times. The mattress on the bed was of good quality and comfortable. The furnishings, appliances all appeared to be reasonably new and in good condition. The only things lacking were a dishwasher and an outdoor gas grill accessible to renters. There is a nice large deck available that we did not use because we didn't want to disturb the host since several main house patio doors also share the deck.

Wonderful stay

This was a trip we planned at the last minute and this property was perfect. It was so nicely decorated and the Christmas tree helped put us in the holiday spirit. It was a great location and easy drive to everywhere we went.

Great town, great property, great host! My wife and I loved our stay at this Cape May property. The host was very attentive and available to handle all of our needs. We rented bikes and biked to town and the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Home Away From Home

Beautiful Vacation Getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in Marie’s wonderful home and loved it. Everything was very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the delicious cookies as well! Would stay there again!
