Nestled on a quiet tree-lined street in North Cape May, “Osprey Nest” is a private three-room suite designed for comfort, privacy, and gentle coastal living. Enjoy your private entrance from the welcoming front porch overlooking lush gardens. “Osprey Nest” offers a peaceful setting tucked away just minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping, wineries, and local attractions.
Upon arrival please proceed directly to the front porch entrance and the door marked “Osprey Nest.” Enter into a cozy sitting room with a power reclining sofa, a restful bedroom with a plush memory foam-topped mattress, and a spacious private bath featuring dual shower heads, glass doors, and ADA accessibility rails.
Wake to birdsong, sip coffee on the porch, explore Cape May by day, then return to a calm and comfortable space to unwind. Please enjoy the landscaped gardens surrounding your suite. Beyond any closed gates to the rear of the property is the owner’s private residence. This area is not part of the rental. Thank you for respecting our privacy.
Your host, Craig, comes from a longtime Cape May hospitality family and takes pride in helping guests enjoy a memorable stay. The property has earned nearly 300 5-star reviews from travelers over the past 12 years. They appreciate its exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere.

We loved staying at The Osprey Nest! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cape May, but close enough to enjoy it all without issue! We loved that there were wineries nearby, great restaurants, and the cutest distillery for great drinks & mocktails. Craig was very hospitable and his place has it all (including beach tags & beach chairs!) It was the perfect weekend getaway! We will be back!

We loved this property. It was quiet and a great place to come back to after a busy day on the Cape. This location was convenient to everything and our host Craig gave us great advice and made sure we had all the resources we needed. I loved the artwork at the Osprey's Nest and the bed was super comfortable. Thanks Craig for being a great host and sharing your nest with us!

Very nice, quiet neighborhood short drive to all activities in Cape May and Wildwood. You can hear people in the main house sometimes but it was never a bother.

This place was perfect for the two of us. We were only there one night and needed a comfortable place to sleep and hang out after a long day of walking around beautiful Cape May and eating dinner in Stone Harbor. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Super cozy, has everything you need. Craig was a great host, even left helpful notes around with instructions and answers to any questions you might have. Would definitely stay again!

Clean cozy comfortable quiet. I should say immaculate. It’s off the beaten path and the perfect location. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

Osprey Nest was in a quiet safe nook of a neighborhood within less than 10 min to the beach. Our host Craig was prompt in his response and very helpful with the door lock when we arrived!Highly recommend, very comfortable bed and great shower!

Osprey Nest was a delightful and charming place to stay - quiet and near to everything! Craig is a wonderful host - thorough and thoughtful. Attention to detail in the apartment was notable. Very comfortable bed too! One half block away is a green space where we enjoyed walking and birding. Highly recommend!!!

Host, Craig Needles, excelled on all categories. Unlike many VRBO rentals, Craig was readily available to assist me with any questions. Being a senior citizen traveling solo, I appreciated that.I had a wonderful week with lovely weather, easy access to great restaurants, Cape May outdoor mall, events PLUS cozy,clean, comfortable accommodations. Quiet and peaceful. It had everything I needed. Enjoyed the very comfy bed and relaxing shower. Convenient parking in front of the property and short drive to local sights and activities. Host, Craig, is great to communicate with.

We have stayed here twice now...so that says something. Everything is as is represented in the listing. It is true there is not a real kitchen, but where else can you wash your dishes while showering??? The place is "cozy" and well-appointed. The price point is good relative to other Cape May properties as long as preparing meals in house is not a huge priority. Recommended for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Nest. Only complaint…. the bed was a little high for two 80 year-olds! We did figure things out, though, and liked the location. It was quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from the places we wanted to visit.
