Excellent location, very proactive host throughout the process. Great extended family home - bathrooms in each room a huge plus.

The rooftop area was our favorite part of the house! You could listen to music from the restaurants on the beach and you could see the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice. The elevator worked! Easy walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants, stores, and most important, the ice cream store with the kids in the evening. The pool is very nice and the lower level area with the pool table was a nice area.

Had several things not working upon arrival: Coffee pot, toaster, ice maker. Response was excellent...new coffee pot and toaster and bags of ice. House was clean and A/C worked great. Pool great, Parking was tough as we had six cars, mostly rentals as we flew in from all over the country. Recommend several towel racks in each bathroom be added (easy fix) and also a chair in each bedroom. Nice town and not a bad walk to the beach,

Great house, very spacious and comfortable. Hidden game room right off the pool area was awesome. Plenty of room to sleep 12. Can't beat the location!

Great house for large groups. Convenient location to the beach, bars / restaurants, and grocery store. My only reason for giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is that I thought the furniture could be better.

This house is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for 14 people. We loved the rooftop deck and pool. Close to beach bars with live music. Can’t recommend enough!

The house was great. All 15 of us really have a fun time and the location is just a short walk to the beach. The elevator was epic, as we had Grammy who isn’t good with stairs. Things were should have brought with us: seasoning, paper towels, dishwashing machine soap, beach towels and a cable lock for the wagon.

Host was extremely responsive and iopescapes management company were the very best on responsiveness to the couple of needs we had. Great maintenance team and possibly the best care on the island. The house was clean, exactly as listed and our group enjoyed being there. I would recommend and rent here again. We have been to IOP many, many times and this trip was a great one. Location to downtown and beach was perfect! Thank you for a great home to enjoy with friends!

Great rental property for a large group or family. Has everything you could possibly want. Large kitchen living area. Ice maker. Lots of bedrooms. Pool, shuffle board, pool table, and corn hole for entertainment. Walk to the beach and great restaurants and bars. We have stayed here 3 years now and will continue to do so!

Perfect Weekend

Amazing stay for a girls weekend away. Property was fantastic and a very short walk to local bars, restaurants and beach as well as the grocery store. House had all the beach and kitchen gear we needed. Would absolutely stay again.
