Cleanliness is a priority, and we apologize for the bug you encountered on arrival. We’re reviewing our protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also understand the frustration with the lockbox instructions and the beach rental details. We’re fine-tuning our pre‑arrival communication, so guests receive all required information well in advance. The construction disruption you experienced should have been disclosed prior to your stay. The noise, early morning activity, and lack of privacy are not acceptable surprises, and we are sincerely sorry for the impact on your family—especially your little one’s naps. We have taken immediate steps to ensure all active projects are clearly communicated to future guests. We are glad the location worked well, but recognize the issues overshadowed that.
