Monica was great to work with. Very responsive. The property was just as described and pictured. The living space and porch were great, plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent. It had everything you needed right at your fingertips. Location is fantastic. The management team were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.

Monica and Tom were wonderful to work with! Quick to respond to anything we needed . Condo is beautiful, comfortable, and an amazing location. Super easy short walk to beach. Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub!! So serene and upscale. Excellent location to bike to Alys or Rosemary. Easy drive to Seaside. Loved the little Watersound bar too with Frose, great wines and pizzas right outside our door!! We hated to leave!

We just got back from our Christmas stay and had a lovely time. The kitchen was very well stocked w/ appliances. The view was great, and the Penthouse was beautiful & spacious. Any communication w/ the hosts was replied promptly. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to return.

Our stay here was great. Very spacious, clean, and close to amazing restaurants and the beach was just a short walk.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry about the internet service that resulted in a sub par overall rating. This is the first guest we have had to mention the internet service being a problem. We actually pay extra money to provide what has proven to be very reliable, fast internet from Mediacom, along with an Eeros mesh router system for balanced levels throughout the condo. Much better than what most other units receive at Waterhouse thru the HOA. We got with our provider immediately when the guest contacted us one time about it. There was an outage in the area at that time and we were not aware of ongoing issues. Again, this is the first such complaint we have had regarding internet service, tho totally out of our control. Thanks to this guest for staying with us. Naturally, we understand the importance of providing excellent internet connections. That’s why we have gone above and beyond our provided HOA service. We will certainly monitor the service moving forward.

Overall nice property. The property management was easy to get a hold of. I think there are a couple minor things that need to be addressed in the property but overall we were pretty satisfied. Great location.

Very clean, nice condo with tons of space. Views of ocean across the street. Great patio. Rooftop pool is great. 2 clean grills on the rooftop area.Beach is right across the street, less than 5 min walk from door to sand.

Great place for a getaway. Location was nice. More of a laid back area. But still close to all the places you want to go. Private beach was nice. Paying for the chairs was worth it. Rooftop pool/hot tub was relaxing. The two outdoor showers were nice to get all the sand off. The cafe right there was convenient for a drink while you watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I arrived 11/04/25 to this Beach/Penthouse condo. It was a perfect vacation destination and a lovely and a beautiful home as well. It was well equipped with everything one would need. Clean and more than comfortable. Easy access to the beach and just a few step to the beach which was incredible. The pool and hot tub were incredible too. We hope to come back again. Most importantly Monica was so helpful every time I had a question. She was prompt with an answer for us. A five star rating for sure…..Thank youKim T Graham

Perfect family beach vacation

Plenty of room for my husband and 4 grown children to stay. We lived on the deck, soaking up the beautiful beach view. Steps away from pool. Clean, very clean! We loved it!
