This second floor condo is conveniently located in Hampstead's Pointe Villas. Near Topsail beach. We are about 16 minutes from the beach. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with washer and dryer. We offer all the amenities. It sleeps 6 comfortably; two queen beds and a queen air mattress, featuring sky lights and a bright & spacious layout for all your needs and comfort. Enjoy the beautiful setting from the screened in porch if you want a little rest and relaxation, with access from the master bedroom and living room.

We have great accommodations for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and military personnel. There are a variety of activities to see and do, like the Battleship North Carolina, Azalea Festival, and Wrightsville Beach.

This condo does not have a pool available. Children over 12 recommended.
NO SMALL CHILDREN.

We are conveniently located minutes from Topsail Island, Surf City Beach, and walking distance to Belvedere golf course. An opportunity to be close to a public boat launch 7 miles away, beaches and 20 minutes from the city of Wilmington, 20 miles from Wilmington airport, 30 minutes to UNCW and 36 minutes from Jacksonville. Camp Lejeune is about 30 minutes away.

Definitely would stay again. Great neighborhood, conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores etc. Easy access to the beach and surrounding activities. Great place!

Perfect for us!

Linda made our trip easy - communicating ahead of arrival and throughout the stay. The condo was spacious and clean. Located near Ironclad Golf club allowed for easy access to entertainment with bands playing music on the weekend.

Better Than First Time

Comfortable and Clean

We really enjoyed our weekend get away. The condo was very clean and nice. The owner supplied little extras that made it feel like home. The beach is just a short drive away.

Great Beaches!

This place is amazing! Very clean, quiet, and a nice big comfortable bed. Great screened-in porch. Beautifully decorated. Close to most of the nicest beaches in the area. Glad the wife and I chose to stay for the week. So much to see and do. Recommended to all who value tranquility!

Pleasant Surprise

The location is quiet and well maintained. Upon entering the condo it not only looked clean but also smelled clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will be sure to stay here again for our next visit to the area.

Great Condo in Hampstead,NC

The property is in great condition and extremely clean. Fantastic screen porch with views of the 10th hole. We visit the Wilmington area often and hope to use this condo again if it’s available. Very quiet & safe area. 100% satisfied and great communications with owner.

Broken blinds and no towels in bathrooms

It was ok, beds comfortable but no curtains and broken blinds. Very hard to sleep in a light room!no towels in bathroom. We finally found towels in a closet.

Peaceful, quiet location in Hampstead

I recently had the pleasure of staying and I defintely recommend it for couples or smalll families. The units is spacious and comfortable, though the kitchen cabinetry & counters are likely original and a bit outdated. One of the highlights was the screened-in back balcony/porch overlooking the serene landscape—perfect for reading while the sun sets. The location is nestled in a quiet area, yet just a short drive away from the beautiful beaches. I really appreciated the nearby walking trails and parks, which made it easy to complete our daily 5-mile morning walk. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. If we return to the area, we'll definitely try to stay here again.

Quite and Relaxing

This is my second time at Tranquility. The property is well kept and nicely supplied with everything needed for a long or short stay. About 30 minutes to downtown Wilmington riverwalk, 15 minutes to Surf City beaches and about 30 minutes from Jacksonville. Quite neighborhood with two golf courses nearby. I will be staying again if it is available.

Cozy

The Tranquility property exceeded our expectations. Clean super comfortable and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Easy drive to beach, food markets and restaurants. This is the place you should stay! The owner is a kind wonderful person who wants to make your stay as best as possible. We thank you especially for that. This is where we will stay when we come to visit my family down in N.C. with out a doubt. 6 star rating out of 5.

As Advertised

Condo is great value for money, in a quiet location on a golf course. The unit is spacious, well furnished and many stater items, dish soap, laundry soap etc, appreciated. One bed is firm the second bed softer all bedding in good repair and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and appliances in good working order. Communication with owner was pleasant and timely to resolve minor issues. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.
