This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers the perfect getaway with all the comforts of home. Affordable condo with elevator, fully equipped kitchen, TVs, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, and beautiful decor. Private parking is available, or you can park one car behind the building. Private balcony off the rear of the building and a secured building.
Walk to the beach and boardwalk! The city bus stop is outside the condo and close to the entrance if you want to grab a ride to our tax-free Tangier Outlets, grocery stores, etc. Book today for a relaxing vacation at the beach.
LOCATION: The Ark is located on Rehoboth Ave. Just park and walk everywhere downtown!
PARKING: Community parking spot for one vehicle.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, secured front door building, ceiling fans, balcony, and Wi-Fi.

Long weekend getaway

Great location and perfect size for two. Clean and nicely furnished. Only issue was we couldn’t get the tv remote to work, but we really didn’t need to be watching tv. We would stay here again.

Great Location !

My fiancé and I had a great week in Rehoboth staying at the Pines. We come to Rehoboth every summer, and our major requirements in a rental are closeness to the down restaurants and night life, easy off street parking and clean, comfortable place to stay. The Pines met all of our needs for a fun, relaxing stay at a reasonable price, which is becoming scarce in Rehoboth. Highly recommend this condo for a couple looking for a great week in one of our favorite places!

Nice little apartment, great location

This is a very modern, clean, and perfectly located apartment for a weekend in Rehoboth Beach. It's just far enough from downtown to be quiet (even if it's on the main strip), but close enough for a quick walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and even the beach. Main bed was great, fold out sofa bed was adequate. Kitchen is well equipped and clean, having a washer/dryer in the unit is a big plus. Quiet apartment building with (in the off season) plenty of parking in the back, half of the parking units are covered.

Great Quaint Condo near restaurants and shoppes

My wife and two kids stayed here for our beach trip. The place was well equipped and the queen bed was super comfy. Parking in the back was ample, however, with a truck it was hard to maneuver around the lot corner. The beach was about four and a half blocks away where I just drove my family to the beach with all of our stuff, drove back, and then rode my bike and parked on the bike on the boardwalk. I would recommend this place if you want to be close to a lot of great restaurants and near shopping. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Perfect location!

This condo was the perfect size and location for 2 of us. We never needed a car, rode our bikes or walked everywhere. It was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the listing said there was a coffee maker and there was not. Starbucks is a short walk away, but still. I like to make coffee as soon as I wake up! It's not a deal breaker and I would definitely stay there again!

Goodness, we surely would have brought you a coffee maker. There was supposed to be one in the condo. The location right on Rehoboth Avenue is one of the best! Easy walk to everything. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we look forward to you stay with us again soon!

Nice place

Good bang for your buck for the location. Small property but it was all we needed. All new fixtures and was very clean. AC unit was loud and outdated. Neighbors had a dog that continually barked but the owner thought putting notes on surrounding doors solved the problem 🤦. Also never received a parking pass and needed to use meters the entire trip. Overall good place and would stay here again.

Not ADA compliant

Cute condo, but should be listed that it is not ADA compliant. There is no way to get in the building without using stairs!

THE FURNITURE IN COMMON AREA NEEDS REPLACED. THE BEDROOM BED IS VERY SOFT. ON YOUR APP YOU MIGHT ASK IF THE PEOPLE ARE SENIORS . WE COULD HAVE BEEN CLOSER TO ELEVATOR IT WAS A JOB FOR MY HUSBAND TO UNLOAD THE CAR . jUST A THOUGHT. THANK YOU

Great location

This is our second stay at The Ark but a different apartment. Apartment 11 is located on the second floor, which wouldn’t be an issue BUT the elevator was not working all week. I was recovering from a broken kneecap so needless to say, 40 stairs up and 40 stairs down was a lot. The apartment was cute. Comfortable couch but the queen size bed was terrible. Get a comfortable mattress. Tv in living room wasn’t working right which required the ReMax property manager, Sharon to bring a new Roku. She was wonderful!

The management of the property failed to give us access. SEE BELOW

The part of the process that involved VRBO was fine. But the management of the property (it was RE/MAX Realty of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware) was 100% incompetent. They failed to make the unit available. We ended up having to make alternate arrangements, and we filed a claim against RE/MAX via our credit card issuer for a full refund. Communication was poor even before we arrived, but when we arrived, there was a complete breakdown. “Emergency contact” was useless. If I were VRBO, I would stop listing properties managed by realtors like RE/MAX. Please note: I gave 1 star above for certain questions that I can’t answer because we didn’t even set foot in the unit.

Your check-in packet was in the dropbox at 4:00 pm because there was an agent in the office. Your check-in time is 3 pm. Again we apologize for the delay.

Convenient location, clean & comfortable

Check in process was very easy. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed. Perfect for the 2 of us. Bed was comfortable, plenty of room for clothes etc. Location was good for us as we love to walk so it was convenient to beach, shops & restaurants. Would recommend it & rent again.

Small but Convenient

We found the property small, but close to restaurants, shops, and bars. It was a little too far to walk to the beach with chairs, etc. We never cooked, but chose to eat out for dinner. Only complaint is that there really is not personal contact with anyone.

Hi Karen- thank you for the review. Due to COVID, we asked owners to add electronic keypad systems which many guests like after driving for such a long time. They do not have to check-in at the office anymore. Maybe that's what feels different about not having personal contact. We hope you have a great summer and come back to visit us again.

Very clean and great location

Well appointed , clean and close to everything. A few drawbacks - parking VERY tight entryway - challenging with larger car/truck. Both mattresses could use replacing and we were without cable tv in the living room all week. There was also no AC in the common area of the building for part of the week. However Remax agent was very responsive and attentive . Very clean well. Keep unit well appointed with all supplies. Despite a few drawbacks we would rent again. More than worth the cost for a couples getaway.

Long weekend getaway

Perfect for our family of four for a long weekend getaway. The location was perfect for a walk to the boardwalk and down to the beach. No need to drive and look for parking.

We had no prior knowledge of state mask mandates outside. Even with nice weather, we left early.

The unit was OK, but the overall experience was miserable trying enjoy the area outside with a mask. If we would have known this in advance, we would not have gone, and would try to find a larger balcony. The pictures were misleading.

Hi Dennis- the masks are uncomfortable but that is the law. There is nothing we can do about the mask situation. The balcony is what it is and there is a very clear photo of the balcony. The photos are in no way audited and are very accurate to our condo. Sorry, the experience was the best. Stay well and hope you come to Rehoboth Beach again!

Peaceful views

Great, efficient space for two. Especially convenient to have washer dryer en suite. Patio furniture was lacking and during COVID the elevator couldn't really be used. Other than that, the apartment is in a great location with peaceful views and quiet too.
