Allison was a wonderful host! Property was exactly as described and very clean! Great location, just far enough out from the noise of the main strip but a quick and easy walk to everything! Can’t wait to book out next stay!

We had a great stay! The house was spacious, clean, well stocked, free of clutter and a good location. Loved the outdoor shower. Great communication and checkin/checkout were easy. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this great rental. Perfect location- everything is walkable. Super clean and spacious. The beach chairs and beach wagon are so handy! Loved our time and look forward to returning!

This property was clean and the location can't be beat! Allison was communicative and we had no trouble during our stay. Parking was shady which was nice. The outdoor shower was a bonus to rinse sand off and a little hose area to rinse all our stuff or could be used to clean your dog. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and very spacious. Bring a water filter if you don't want to drink the tap water. I always bring a Brita dispenser. Little details like hooks in the bedroom and bathroom and nightlights were appreciated. Our family had one of our best vacations at our first time staying in Dewey beach. Allison was quick to respond with any questions we had. The house had more then enough room for the six of us and our golden doodle. Everything was just as shown in pictures and very clean. We use a ninja foodi for steaming veggies and the air fryer seeing so quick, so I was surprised to find one along with many nice pans for cooking. Everyone slept well with comfortable beds. We couldn't of been happier with the location to the bay and the beach an easy walk. Hopefully we will be able to stay again soon.

The property was perfect and our dogs loved ttheir first beach experience. Communication with tour host was clear, prompt and very accomodating. The bedrooms are spacious and the living space was wonderful to socialize and relax. Highly recommend booking this property!

Place was spacious and very clean. Traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids and was room for everyone to spread out. Walk to beach is pretty easy. Very walkable to restaurants and anything else.

Loved our stay!

We loved staying here for our week in Dewey Beach. Great location, quiet area, and lovely space. The house was actually bigger than we anticipated and had a great layout. Allison was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay, Nice Location, Fab Host!

We had a great time at Dewey beach! Allison was a fabulous host! The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great for our family. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Place!

Stayed for the weekend with family. Property was very homey, comfortable, and clean. Have to cross the highway to get to the beach, but is otherwise in a good location and easy walk to coffee shops restaurants and bars.

Great family stay.

This was our second visit to the area, and it was much better this time because we chose this property. One of its best features is the location, an easy walk to the beach and near local restaurants and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood. The property itself is very nice, will all features and amenities just as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good value.

Great house, great location

We had such a great week at Allison’s house. We so appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and small cooler! The house was located close enough to the beach and main strip to walk everywhere!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our week in the Tree Tops of Dewey Beach. The condo was clean and stocked full with the necessities. They even have beach chairs. Thanks again!

Perfect beach spot.

Off season perfection

With a large group and a dog, we found the perfect getaway in Allison's home. She was very informative, the house was immaculate, and we had all the amenities to make our stay extremely comfortable. Perfect location to the beach and bay, we had a wonderful week here.

Comfortable house with plenty of room! Very walkable area with the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. It's also a great area for dogs and we met plenty of friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed the welcoming vibes of Dewey Beach and the house was the arranged perfectly for our visit! We loved having dinner together on the back deck too. The extras like paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper and other necessities are a thoughtful touch.

AWESOME!

Quiet and spacious

The house was very clean and the location was great for access to the beach and downtown. It was also set back enough that there was very little noise from cars or Dewey nightlife. The host was very responsive concerning the property and parking.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a group of 10 who had a great time renting for Memorial Day weekend. It was the perfect location and was accessible to everything including the beach, nightlife and restaurants. We loved using the grill and back porch. It was also great to have two convenient parking spaces right out front. Would highly recommend!
