Spacious B Street Beauty, Around the Corner from Festival

Lovely craftsman home on B Street. The Ashland Food Coop is across the way. Located in the historic railroad district, one of the finest and most established neighborhoods in all of Ashland. Just a few blocks from the plaza, plays, Lithia Park, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. Be in the center of all the best that Ashland has to offer.
The home is well-appointed and was one of the first vacation rentals in Ashland. There is a master king suite upstairs with an in-suite half bathroom. The second level is a spacious den and additional sleeping area with a fold out queen couch. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two full bathrooms. The kitchen has many cabinets and there is a pass-through window that leads to the rear deck under a bamboo garden. One downstairs bedroom has a loft with two twin beds and a queen bed and an adjacent full bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed and with a full bath right next to it. There is a spacious dining area and lovely living room. There are custom touches throughout this home including a beautiful wooden front door and tiled bathroom. Experience Ashland from our charming home away from home. Our house is fully equipped with everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay. We look forward to having you become a member of our returning family of guests. We require cancel for any reason insurance and provide a reasonable link to accommodate last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis.

Great house in a great location!

This was a great house for our visit to the Shakespeare Festival. Location couldn't be better!! Steps from the Co-op and a short walk to the theatres. We were 2 couples so we had lots of room. I think it would be a great place for families with kids too.

Great, spacious, well thought out

Once a year 8 female cousins get together for a weekend of fun,laughter and fellowship, this year we chose Ashland. We enjoyed our visit! The fit was perfect, we did all of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. We were easily able to sit down together to enjoy meals and visiting time. The beds were comfy with quality linens throughout the house. Plenty of space for all of us. When we had an issue, we called the owner and he was there within the hour to help. The owners are very helpful and kind.

Fun house, great location

For anyone visiting the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, this house's location can't be bettered. Surprised by how hot it can get in Southern Oregon, we were very grateful to find that it had air conditioning, too. And our contact, Shoshannah, was responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely see if we can stay again next time we plan a trip to Ashland.

Clean, comfortable, convenient & cozy!

We loved staying here and will be going back twice this year. It's just a short walk to restaurants and theaters and Safeway. Perfect as a home away from home where we could bring our dog and relax and enjoy all that Ashland has to offer. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We would recommend it to anyone. We love staying here!

A Nice Place to Stay

We stayed here for a couple of nights and found it very welcoming. Clean, airy, and comfortable- walkable to just about everything we wanted to get to- we were very happy with the house.

This property is close in and charming. It is well set up for larger groups providing privacy as well as nice shared areas. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. It has multiple beds and sleeping areas. It's truly a home away from home that families return to every year.

Across the street from Ashland Food Coop parking lot. There is a nice front lawn as well as a deck and gas barbeque grill. It's a very close walking distance so it's an ideal property to stay at without a car. We are an eco-friendly home. We often use organic cotton and bamboo sheets. We provide natural soap and cleaning supplies. Cancel For Any Reason Insurance as additional cancellation protection is required. It allows you to cancel 48 hours in advance of your trip for any reason at all and it's very reasonable. I do offer a credit to offset the nominal fee in some instances. With the last few years and everything that has happened, expect the unexpected has become the most sustainable attitude. I will provide the link upon booking.
