Throughly enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Several eating areas. Six red comfortable chairs for watching the tide go in and out. Nice shallow swimming area for swimming and exploring.Host was very helpful with any questions we had.

This is our 4th year staying at Kye Bay beach resort and it never disappoints Perfect spot for a girls golf trip The place is spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. The ocean right out front is beautiful and the mountain views are spectacular . Highly recommended property

Great view of Kye Bay and the mountains across the strait. Sandy intertidal zone to stroll upon at low tide. Close to lots of great restaurants.

You are dealing with a company, and not directly with an owner. I think that accounts for the jump in costs - I had sticker shock! Having said that the place is perfect for families wanting a Kye Bay vacation with easy beach access and space. The home is lovely and well laid out. All my enquiries were answered promptly. All the linens are nice, beds are comfy and kitchen stocked with all the usual dishes and appliances. I appreciated the provided stock of dishwasher pods, washer pods and garbage bags. There are no beach toys, so if you have children bring your own. It was perfect for our holiday and we all enjoyed our stay.

Good water pressure in showers, (although hot water in bunky shower is limited). Comfortable beds and furniture (inside and out). Gorgeous beachfront. Wonderful beachcombing in low tide. Seals and bald eagles. Kitchen well stocked. Lovely area. Great communication.

Beautiful beachy vacation home

We booked the property for a little family reunion, on the beach we used to vacation at years ago. It's exactly what we were looking for! The property is spacious, has great amenities and outdoor space, and is literally 3 steps to the beach. Can't wait to book another trip here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really Well stocked with anything you may need. Beautiful beach and quiet location. We loved creating memories here.

Golf getaway

Perfect spot for golf and long walks on the beach . Snowbirds ✈️ even put on a show in the mornings .

Our stay was great, the only thing missing was some dish towels and dish cloths for wiping counter tops and doing dishes.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean

The location was so beautiful right on the water. We were a party of 6 but we all had plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded at all. I loved all the outdoor spaces on the property as well. The kitchen was well equipped so it made cooking easy.

The place is just as described on the website. It is beautiful and clean. The only drawback is this property is handled by a third party rental company, when asking a question there oftens seem uncertain in their answers but all turned out to be fine a the end.

It was on the beach, close to everything. Very spacious and comfortable. Well Stocked. The property Greeter Richard was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property

A perfect place to stay.

We were a family of 8. The house was perfect for us. Dirst, Rich was very extremely nice and attentive. The house was large, bright, clean, in excellent condition and very well equipped, including the kitchen. We were very happy staying here.

Family wedding

The perfect place for a diverse group The couple in their late 80's stayed in the separate bedroom, others in the house. The views were extraordinary and every changing. Peaceful and quite with no motor boats

Over all stay was great, couldn't beat the location and the view! The outdoor shower was a great addition:) Unfortunately the AC unit wasn't adequate for the upstairs bedrooms. Love the outdoor Annex and all the outside seating. The kitchen offered everything we needed but could have used more bath towels. Thank you for having us!
