Great vacay getaway!

Such a beautiful, well-equipped place to stay on vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet with just the sound of the ocean outside. We loved using all the beach gear during the day, then coming back to make dinner in the large kitchen, eat out on the lanai while the sun set, and end the day with a quick dip in one of the pools. So much great photography of the island as artwork and comfy beds. We hope we get the opportunity to stay here again the next time we come visit the Big Island!

Great property!

This property is absolutely wonderful and met our needs and desires perfectly. The condo is in excellent condition and well furnished. The additional items that are for beach use was excellent. We loved our stay. We loved our view...simply breathtaking! We would love to come again!

So peaceful and comfortable!

We are so glad we chose to stay here! We started every day with coffee on the lanai and ended every day with a swim. It was sparkling clean and had tons of amenities, and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We highly recommend the unit, and we hope to return someday!

Great Place

Well appointed, spacious condo that had everything we needed. A good location with 2 Step being 25 minutes to the south for great snorkeling and the beautiful sandy beaches north of the airport 35 minutes away. Town for dining and shops quick 15 minutes. The ice chest, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkeling gear were a nice addition. We contributed a new Tommy Bahama beach chair and pool noodle to the collection.

Very nice place

Nice view of the ocean, comfortable place to stay, well equipped kitchen (a little short of condiments and spices), great pool next to the ocean, would definitely stay there again.

Paradise

Spent the Christmas holiday in this beautiful spot in paradise. The lanai view was so amazing that it looked more like a backdrop than a real spot. Location was perfect for all our day trips around the island. We utilized the snorkeling and beach gear. Bedrooms were comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Unbelievable location and comfort

I do not even have the words to express what a slice of Heaven our stay at this home was. There’s a view from every window, the lanai is the best place to watch the sunset, play cards, and read the morning paper. The staff here are all friendly and so kind. We snorkeled in the little bay just a short walk away, enjoyed the hot tub at night, and never once turned on a TV. Thank you so very much for allowing us into your home. It’s going to be hard to leave. This was a fantastic vacation and so relaxing.

Jacuzzi tub doesn’t work

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is huge and wonderful. We picked it for the jacuzzi tub(my lady loves to take baths). So it was unfortunate that we couldn’t get the hot water working. I didn’t contact the host about the issue, so that’s on me. Jacuzzi tub aside I would stay there again and give it 5 stars.

30th anniversary trip

Loved the property an grounds. The condo was very well furnished. Only thing I would change would be the blinds. They are about 12” from covering window by floor. Having ability to cover this area would make it so those walking by couldn’t see in - especially bedroom.

Excellent condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean, modern, and well kept. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The grounds and facilities are immaculately kept. The view from the lanai is great, with views of the ocean. The location is very convenient to the Kona area and beaches. Provided are beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels, and even two tennis rackets. Highly recommended.

Kona Condo

Sweet Condo

The condo was as advertised. The check in process was very easy. Condominium complex was perfectly located for our needs. Beach access was right near the condos. Beautiful sunsets.

views were great, area was nice - very quiet complex - some updates to the unit were nice, others not so much. Master bed was awful - way too hard. One of the neighbors had a trump flag which I had communicated to our property manager -he was great (replaced a microwave asap) but he was supposed to look into the flag rule as I believe it was against HOA rules. The flag was still there. But I'm going to follow up with the HOA myself.

Perfect!

Far exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, spacious, had more than what we needed. We began and ended our days here on the lanai watching the morning paddlers on the surf and the sunset in the evening.

Quiet paradise!

A very welcoming condo. We instantly felt at home. Everything was provided, from beach chairs and umbrellas to a coffee grinder for our Kona coffee each morning. We will try to stay here again!!!

Great condo!

The condo was very nice with excellent views of the ocean and only a couple of issues. There was a musty smell upon entering the condo. We sprayed some Lysol and that seemed to help. In addition there were some uncomfortable sheets on the beds but we found nice sheets in the closet so we swapped them out. The air conditioner went out the last day but the repair man was working on it when we left. Otherwise it was a nice place to which we would return.

Nice ocean view condo

The condo was really nice and we would go back there again! There were just a couple of issues that the new owner is addressing: musty smell, poor quality sheets on the beds (but we found better sheets in the closet and changed them out) and the AC quit working the last night. The AC was getting fixed when we checked out so I am sure that is ok now. The owner is addressing the smell and ensuring that the unit has quality sheets for all of the beds.
