Great location south of Kailua/Kona. Great property with security gate and ocean view. Property is quiet and well maintained.

Great location with lots of space in the unit. Clean and parking is near the unit. As an underwater enthusiast and long time diver, we really enjoyed Todd’s photos on the wall. Definitely look forward to returning in the future. P.S. the property is only a mile from the harbor where the manta ray night dive/snorkel trips run from - A MUST SEE!

Great condo in a great location!

This was a great condo, stunning views, far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough for easy access. Close to great beaches, snorkeling and shopping.

The lanai was 40 feet from the ocean and the sound of the waves would put you to sleep at night. Stunning views. Very clean and close to restaurants. Pool area was gorgeous as was the grill pavilion.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and being able to have meals on the (ground floor) patio, where we had an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was a perfect setting for watching the sunset each evening of our stay. Access to a nearby grocery, and proximity to the tourist strip in Kona were nice advantages, and we did use the nice pool at the club, too. The property is as advertised -- the space is airy and the kitchen is sufficiently well-stocked with pots/pans and utensils to cook. The club has a central area for grilling if that's your preference. The accommodations showed wear, but these did not take away from our enjoyment of having a nice base from which to enjoy our big island vacation. We certainly would consider staying there once more if we make it back to Hawaii.

Can’t beat the location! Right on the ocean and lovely views. The grounds are well kept and very tropical. Loved the pool and the condo had all the expected amenities.

Gorgeous location, that was the best part for me-Direct ocean view-Large clean pool area-Property grounds are clean and well kept-Host was prompt with replies and easy to deal with-Bathrooms could use a deep clean and master bedroom could use a new mattress & pillows-kitchen was clean- patio doors needed to be cleaned-was pretty happy overall and would return if back in the area

Great view, service, and value!

I booked a trip here about a month out. The place was clean, instructions were well detailed, and the property was beautiful! This is a great value for a place to stay on the big island. I was worried about no AC but the condo stayed comfortable and it was great to leave the doors cracked at night for a breeze off the ocean. I highly recommend this spot!

Our granddaughter found this property for our trip. I wanted to chill and watch the whales, my husband wanted to see the volcanoes. We got exactly what we wanted

The view was great. It would have been nice to have AC, but the fans worked ok. The layout of the kitchen/ living area was a little off since there was no great place to sit to watch TV since we were stuck inside a lot because of rain. The pool was closed one day due to rain and the tennis courts were closed the whole time, but that was just Mother Nature’s fault! It was nice to be able to watch the waves crash from our patio and we walked to the black beach a couple of times. Overall, it was a nice place.

Perfect location, beautiful spot!

This place has been just the best location for our family to stay while we explored the entire west aide of the island. It's centrally located, quiet, easy to access, and we watched the sunset every night from the back porch. There's little birds and geckos everywhere and we fell asleep to the sound of waves. Highly recommend!

Six ideal days

My wife and I took a six day escape from the cold and rainy northwest for six days in this very pleasant ground floor condo on the Kona coast. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, even larger dining/living room space, and a delightful sunset-facing lanai, on a lawn leading close to the shore. The constant sound of the waves comforted us whenever we spend time there. The condo is close to a good shopping center with a couple of decent restaurants, and only minutes away from Kailua-Kona's many attractions. No notes, recommended!

Beautiful condo

We stayed for three days in April - wish it could have been longer. The condo was lovely, very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Totally fantastic patio with comfy chairs and sun beds looking right into the sea. Gorgeous sunsets! Great location with the shopping Centre with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Wish we could come again!

Ocean views to die for!

Thank you Todd for a beautiful stay! The condo is well-equipped and instructions were detailed and easy. Great kitchen. Nice rooms with the lanai being our favorite spot. Any time of day sitting out there was delightful - plus we saw whales spouting in the distance! Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were great to have on hand. The complex pool is nice & wasn't crowded when we went. Would definitely book again.

Best Lanai ever

Amazing apartment with an incredible lanai. We enjoyed every breakfast outside and watched the waves and birds. The apartment is well equipped, had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels. There is no AC, but ceiling fans. We would definitely stay here again!

Magical

My family and I staid here in September, and we all loved it! The view was magical! We got to see the best sunsets from the comfort of our bed and living room. The area is clean, gated, and safe! The kitchen is remodeled and looks better in person than in the pictures. This is the second time we stay here and we will keep coming back!

Loved it!

This is a great condo that had a well laid out floor plan for our family of 4. Beautiful views from the lanai and primary bedroom. We had an issue with the internet, but the host and property manager were very communicative and got it resolved quickly.

Right on the ocean

Unit is very well equipped. It does show some rust from being so close to the sea water spray. Guest informed owner of her observations. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with owner’s stunning photos.
