Great Location - Wonderful Views

We rented two condos. Our daughter and her family stayed in this one. I know they enjoyed their stay and thought the accommodations suited their family very well. My grandsons particularly enjoyed watching the waves crashing right off the outside deck. They all agreed that the condo was well appointed and the location was perfect, with easy access to the ocean pool, of which our grandsons were in whenever possible. Thanks again for making their trip a memorable one.

This is a well stocked condo. Everything from cleaning supplies, snorkel equipment and most of all the kitchen. Very impressive. And of course the view is spectacular.

Very nice upgraded condo

Beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. Very nice and clean updated accommodations. Beach and pool toys included Tropical gardens are well maintained with beautiful flowering trees and plants.

The unit was very well equipped - from beach and snorkel gear to everything you could need in the kitchen.The ocean views could not be beat, perfect for watching the ocean, the sunset, and stargazing.We did not use the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was spotless clean. Everything was exactly as described. The view is spectacular!!! I would absolutely stay at this location again!!!

Kona coffee here we Come

Did some island hopping and by far this was the nicest place we stayed during our 3 island stay. Would definitely come and stay here again! Mahalo 🤗

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was amazing, again! I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else when we visit Kona. Thanks again for another memorable trip. This place has everything!

The condo was immaculate. 10 Stars to the people that clean it.The ground surrounding the condo are absolutely beautiful and all three pools and the tennis courts are completely maintained. Kitchen is very well equipped. I could sit out on that lanai all day long and listen to the waves crash. There was a nice little goodie basket of Hawaiian made items which we very much appreciated.We will definitely be back.

AMAZING!

We had the best time. My husband, our daughter (6) and my mom stayed here. We watched whales almost every day off the lanai. Great location and I would definitely stay here again.

Literally on the waters edge!

Just hubby and I and our first time to the Big Island. Our place was so clean and the views were amazing! Literally everything in the pics and more. Great location to Kona. Community was great and clean. Multiple pools, one overlooks ocean.

Breath taking lanai views

The ocean view is amazing at this condo. The kit hen was well equipped too. Nearby to shopping center, restaurants, and local boating excursions. Highly recommend Manta Ray night swim with Seaquest.

Gorgeous View

This view cannot be beat! We were able to watch the sunset, unobstructed every day. Everything we needed was there. The grounds were very well kept, quiet and private. Everything that you see in pictures truly comes to life, you must stay here :)

Very nice- right on the water

Property was clean and updated. Great full length door to the lanai. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Air conditioning was good and fans were great. Grounds were clean and well kept. Definitely would recommend and will stay again.

Beautiful view

We love staying in Kona and this on the shore condo was great. It was well updated and clean. Nice and quiet due to gated drive. Only downside is it has a unit above and you can hear footsteps. Would stay again.

Fantastic condo!

My family and I stayed a week at this condo on the Big Island and loved it! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen had a great collection of utensils and cookware, so we had everything we needed to make meals. The lanai was a huge selling point for us and we took advantage of the view every opportunity we could. Close proximity to a grocery store was also a huge plus. We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat!

Aloha Indeed

This condo could not be better placed as the very close view of the waves crashing is spectacular from the ground floor level. And the sunsets..wow! Everything is as advertised but we found these little things very helpful. The front closet was loaded with beach gear, chairs, umbrella, boogie board and even some snorkel gear. There were enough basic spices to get us started and quiet a few condiments and such in the fridge. Both of those items are a huge bonus to us and saves us money to spend on excursions and such. The spice cabinet does need a little cleaning, but other than that, what a great place!!! Mahalo!

Best ever in Kona

We’ve been coming to this resort annually for years and always rented one of the condos on the waterfront. This property was the best of all of them.The place is beautifully decorated in the island style and immaculately clean. It has a complete kitchen and we cooked in for many of our meals. The lanai facing the sea is the best feature and we spent most of our time there just taking it all in.The owner called personally to see if we were happy with everything and invited us to call on their cell phone if we had any problems.We highly recommend this place and will look forward to returning next year.

Great property with amazing ocean views.

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom condo and was perfect for our stay. The check-in process was easy and communication was great. The home was very clean and well furnished. The overall property is very nice with 3 pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. This unit has incredible ocean front views and we enjoyed watching whale activity every day from the lanai. The sunsets were amazing! The property is close to a nice grocery store and there are several nearby restaurants. We will definitely look at renting this unit again.

Great Place

We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This is the only one that was even better than the pictures and we loved our stay there. Our only concern was having to strip beds, etc. before leaving. This seems excessive considering the price which includes a cleaning fee.
