This studio condo sleeps 4 with a queen sleeper sofa and queen Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and private laundry. It is located in Breckenridge near Main Street so you're close to shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're close to the lifts. Guests can also enjoy easy access to Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin by car or public transportation. The complex offers many amenities including a pool, hot tubs, a sauna, and more.

The studio features a 4K Smart TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a queen-sized Murphy bed off to the side that can be pulled down at night. The homeowner upgraded to a new hybrid mattress September 2019. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private patio with access to the whole courtyard. For extra comfort black out drapes have been installed.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The guest bathroom is near the entryway and features a single sink vanity with a granite countertop and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also washer and dryer near the entryway in a closet. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment is cluttered with no room to move around the pull down bed. No place for unpacking suitcases. Furniture dated. Gas fireplace not functioning for a winter stay! Check in process complicated too especially for arrivals in the dark. Front desk cannot assist as they do not manage the unit.

need a light for the lockboxes

Nice place but very hard to find the lockbox for the room key. Too bad they weren't a little lower for those of us under 6' tall. Also it would be nice if they were in chronological order.

Great room uncomfortable bed and couch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and room is great. Very close to main street and attractions. However the bed is like sleeping in a bowl and the couch is uncomfortable. I contacted Summit about the bed and they said they would not be able to address the problem during our stay. So we were left to endure the restless nights.I also called them when the toilet seat broke they said they would have a maintenance person take care of it but that didn't happen either.With a couple of adjustments this would be a great place to stay.

The room has a really nice and equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area is nice. The bed is very uncomfortable like sleeping in a bowl, high at the head and foot saggy in the middle. The couch is also broken down in the cushions. Unless they replace the bedding I would not recommend this place at all.

Nice room HORRIBLE amenities

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend was coming up for the night and I thought it would be fun to have a staycation. I called and asked if the pool and hot tub was working they said yes. Very nice room but the hot tub had no jets and IF they would have been honest I'd have booked elsewhere or just stayed at my house 2 blocks away. I will NOT be recommending your place due to the horrible amenities!Plus someone came in and Pooped on the floor while we were in the hot tub.

Great Location, Lovely Getaway

It's very central in Breck, not far from the Gondola in terms of walking, not far from all the local favorite restaurants,shops, etc. Would stay here again due to its location and easy access. I think it would be really tight for 4 people to stay here but it could be doable.

Great location, tired room

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Electric outlets in kitchen not working. TV internet not connected so no Netflix etc. Murphy bed as the main bed was poor. With pullout couch in use there is little room to move around. Decor is dated. No daily housekeeping was disappointing.

Great Room and Location - terrible Check in Process!!

Check in process was horrendous - couldn't find the lockbox - metal wire broke sending the lock boxes on the floor - we were worn out from getting up early in Colorado Springs and getting close to 22,000 vertical feet - we are late 50's early 60's so were so looking forward to getting in our condo. It took close to 90 minutes - my wife wanted to leave - a guy from summit mountain rentals had to drive from Keystone to Breck to help - key card to the garage did not work - my wife wanted to go home. A total bad situation - Adam from Summit rentals said we would get compensated but have not heard anything - take care

Overall positive experience

The price and the location were great. There were a few relatively minor issues. The wifi didn't reach our end of the property and we could not get an adequate response about it from prop manager. The washer and dryer seemed to be at the end of their life. They worked with some finagling, but it might be time for new ones. Many of the outlets did not work. Also, the sauna at the property does not get nearly hot enough. But, having said all that we would consider returning to the property

Snowboard Trip

Excellent location! Steps from Main Street and also directly across from ski into town trail, which makes leaving the mountain at the end of the day a breeze. Property staff was friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and out process.

Incredible location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the overall experience was incredible! The unit was perfect for our needs, but a few, inexpensive updates could make this unit so much better. The "beds" need new mattresses as they sink towards the middle and are just worn out. An addition of pool towels (or even a few more bath towels) would eliminate the need to wash towels daily (albeit in the in-suite ammenities). However, we didn't spend much time indoors and the location definitely offset the need for a few, minor updates.

Could have been a lot better...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - We rented the condo for 4 nights. After driving for hours, we found out the I-70 was closed and there was no way to get to Breckenridge. We had had return to Denver and pay for a hotel- The following day, we were able to make after hours of bumper to bumper traffic.- The instructions for checking in were very lengthy and confusing; it took us several phone calls and about 45 minutes to get the keys from a lockbox. We finally got help from a person at the front desk- When we got in; we didn’t have the parking permit that was supposed to be inside. I had to call again, and was told it would be delivered to the front desk- When checking out at 7:30 am, once again we couldn’t open the lockbox to leave the keys; so we left them at the front desk and notified the management immediately- Next thing we know, we got charged and extra $100 for missing keys and cleaning fee because there was some spilled soda in the fridge; even though we cleaned every dish, folded and put away every sheet and blanket- I contacted management about the extra fee but they did not reconsider at all- Avoid this rental as much as possible! Not worth it!
