The pros - condo clean, walking distance to everything, pool was clean and nice, enough room for family, 2 full bathrooms. The cons - condo is outdated, furniture needs replaced, beds and pillows terrible, no bug screens on windows, condo faces main road meaning traffic is non-stop and loud all day and well into the night.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We are thrilled to hear you loved our prime location, excellent cleanliness, great pool, and spacious layout for your family. Our central, walkable location does mean the property faces the main road, making it easy to get around but bringing some standard city transit sounds during peak hours. We appreciate your feedback regarding the windows, furniture, and bedding updates. We continuously review our interior inventory and styling to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you the best in your future travels!

Smaller bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced as it sinks in the middle. All pillows should be replaced as they are very flat pillows. Kitchen could use some more pots and pans for cooking. There were no oven baking pans available. If windows were replaced it would cut down on heating costs and road noise.

We have fully reported your notes regarding the mattress, pillows, and kitchen inventory to our property teams so they can do everything they can to address these items within the unit. Regarding the windows, we appreciate your insights on the mountain climate and road noise. We always value our guests' input as we look for ways to optimize our properties. Location can’t be beat. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The couches have definitely seen better days and none of the TVs were smart TVs so you cannot stream anything. Also, there are a few power outages in the area which happened twice during our stay

Short 3d stay to ski. Condo clean but definitely lived in. Some worn out but clean bedding. Bus to base right at condo. Gondola to base 1/2 mile walk. Great value/location and clean but worn in.

We came in town for Oktoberfest. This property was great! Check in process kind of felt like an escape room but overall pretty smooth. The pull out couch bed definitely needs to be replaced. It felt like there was no mattress and just rods and springs. If you don’t use the pullout everything else was very comfy!

Perfect location, great space

The condo was perfect. Just a block from Main Street and quiet and cozy. The bed was super comfortable which always seems to be an issue where ever we stay. The pool is small but the hot tub was large and nice. We really liked how they had newer flat screen HD TVs to watch the game. All the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious and up to date. Really like the place overall and would definitely go back.
