River Mountain Lodge Horseshoe Gulch Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! One block from Main Street, a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. You owe it to yourself (and your group) to book this place!
River Mountain Lodge Horseshoe Gulch Condo is a spacious, two-level deluxe condo with a great view of the slopes from the patio; it’s perfect for small families or groups up to four! There’s a full kitchen with granite counters, two bathrooms, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack. You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, and hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location, easy check in, very clean. Parking a bit cumbersome for a big SUV, but we made it work. Street noise was loud for the warm summer when we needed air to from open windows to cool off.

This unit was in the perfect location if you want to be near main Street in Breckenridge and walkable to restaurants and gondola. Also right on the Blue River bike trail, which was our main focus. The unit was comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly. Was nice to have the parking garage access right below. This unit does have a spiral staircase to the upper loft so note that if you have any accessibility issues. Overall a great place. Note that there is a very busy Street just outside so in the summer when you leave your windows open you will have a lot of road noise with trucks and buses.

Perfect location, perfect size for a family of 4. love the hot tubs and the ski in. There were a few things not working (appliances) but communication was good. We were told washing machine and dishwasher will be replaced after our stay so go and rent the place, all brand new :)

Close access to everything in breck! Very clean and plenty of space! Will definitely be staying here again!Thank you all for a wonderful fall trip to the mountains!

Great stay!
The unit was clean, laid out for four of us to stay comfortably, and conveniently located for skiing/snow boarding - a short walk to the free gondola as well as restaurants. The hot tubs were an added bonus. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location
Great place to stay in Breck! Can't beat the location--close to mountains and Main Street. Clean property with everything you need for a getaway. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location!
Excellent walking location to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the mountain. Ski-in right across the street was a great way to end every day!

Quick stay in Breck
This place is in an excellent location for staying in Breck. Close to everything. Must like stairs though, small spiral staircase to main bed.

A good in town
The property was great. Castaways is a cool place to hang out with awesome bartenders. The plethora of hot tubs was my favorite.

Great location and space for a family!
We stayed in Breckenridge for a weekend soccer game and this location is unmatched to walk around town! We loved having a big open space with 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Check in was a breeze and communication was great! We would absolutely stay again!

Great condo; perfect location!
Perfect location for a couple of small family or a couple of friends to escape to Breck. Great layout and absolutely perfect location for a winter or summer stay. Right off Main St so super convenient access to restaurants, shops, etc. Absolutely perfect for skiing as there is a shuttle stop at the lodge, and 4:00 ends literally across the street. Would definitely stay here again
