Perfect for an overnight/weekend stay

The property was perfect for our overnight stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location

We loved that this suite was super quiet, a few blocks from the North Idaho Centennial Trail and I 90. It was as advertised, nice and clean with most of the kitchen things that I needed. Having access to the washer and dryer was fabulous as we are travelling for a number of weeks. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, spacious, and great location!

Don’t let the “studio” fool you. This place is super spacious! Private parking pad for a car in the alley way, comfiest bed, all the cooking supplies you could need, and all the basic necessities for a stay. Will most definitely be staying again when I find myself in CDA!

Just Right

This place was just right for long weekend away for a wedding. It had all the amenities needed for comfort while also being in a prime location to walk/drive downtown. The space is just darling and sooooo clean. We would totally stay here again.

Perfect place

This place was perfect for the two of us. Well appointed with plenty of cooking and eating utensils along with some spices if you want to eat in. However, the restaraunts in the area were great and very affordable. We enjoyed the provided coffee and tea before exploring the area each day during our stay. The shower is a little tight bed was big and comfortable. We will definitely try and book this place next time we visit.

Immaculate, Stylish and Comfortable!

This was a perfect two-night stop for us as we travelled cross-country. KJ is a wonderful host - thoughtful and prompt with communication, yet giving us privacy through our stay. We’ll come back!

Spacious, private studio in great location!

Beautifully decorated and well-kept studio with spacious kitchen and bathroom. Private entrance. Great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the house. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Location is an easy 15-20 min walk to the main strip of Coeur d'Alene, but there are plenty of cute wine bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within just a 5 min walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family Reunion

Very nice. A perfect size for one to two people. I could have stayed here for a much longer period of time if needed. The only knock, which is more due to my unfamiliarity with the area is that it’s a little hard to find, especially at night. I suggest maybe a larger sign that can be lit at night.. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet getaway

My husband and I stayed in the studio apartment for an anniversary trip to Coeur d'Alene. This studio was perfect, quiet and just close enough for a short drive to downtown and restaurants. The studio is equipped with everything you need — including kitchen supplies, a hairdryer and shampoo and conditioner (especially helpful as I forgot to pack mine!) The studio is well decorated and it's evident a lot of thought went into making it a comfortable experience for guests. If we come back to visit CDA, we'd stay here again. Thanks, KJ!

Perfect for a couple

This detached studio is very comfortable with a kitchen, sitting area, bed & small bathroom in a space big enough to move around and spread out in. The parking is private in the neighborhood alley, which is just steps away and felt very secure. I was sad to not meet the resident doggo, but we weren’t there long. Our only complaints were how soft the bed is — we both kept landing in the same spot in the middle — and the very cramped shower that flooded under the shower door onto the bathroom floor. They’re aware of this (there’s a note about it) and it’s a concrete floor, so we didn’t worry about it too much. We’d definitely stay here again.

Studio in Couer Alene

It was darling space w/ some issues… the main one being the locking system. Never really did get it; it was awkward. Spent lots of time trying to figure out the lock/unlock key. It was not as expected close to downtown. Had to drive; not walkable for people w/mobility issues. Couple days several piles of dog poop left in shared outdoor space. I would have given it 5 stars for cleanliness if not for dog excrement/ very comfortable bed/ pleasantly surprised when owner bought tea kettle at my inquiry of whether unit provided one. Appliances all new/modern. Beautiful plants and grassy space outdoors. The longer I stayed the more comfortable it was.

The studio is super cute, clean, and in a great location to enjoy our town. It has its own free private parking pad off the street. Street parking is hard to find in our town.
