Enjoy our cute, recently remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath midtown bungalow. Within walking distance to downtown shops, beaches, restaurants, and hiking. Off street parking. We offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a smart TV (no standard cable but apps included), a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and comfy beds.
We give guests their space but are available 24/7 via messenger and in person as needed to make sure you have a wonderful stay
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to lovely Coeur d'Alene! Our inviting 2 bedroom 2 bath house is great for family stays or group travel. Ideally located in Mid-Town you're walking distance to coffee, a brewery and a few different dining options while still staying a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The entire home is yours and the home is primarily setup to meet the needs of vacation rental travelers. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

-Full kitchen with gas stove and all of the basics you'll need to cook a meal including olive oil and salt and better
-Coffee maker with coffee supplied
-HD Smart TV. NOTE: We do not have standard cable but you can download all of your favorite apps including the app from your cable provider back home. If you need netflix or Prime Video logins to stream, just ask us and we'll give you some
-Grill and outdoor seating to enjoy cooking outside in the summer

-Newly remodeled ensuite bathroom
Off street parking, or walk or bike to downtown CdA

Note: There is ongoing construction at the neighboring house as it is being remodeled. You may hear some construction noise during the day, but the neighbors will be respectful of quiet hours.

We loved our stay at the Casita! The home was well stocked with everything we needed, fans available, air mattress & plenty of bedding. It was clean and quaint! Ate breakfast out on the front patio every morning. Great location, walking distance to restaurants/coffee/brewery& close to downtown & waterfront. Great communication & easy check-in. Very enjoyable for our first “Seventies Soirée” Thank you Jacob

This was the perfect choice for my stay in CdA. The house had everything I needed and more. They provided the extra touches that really upgraded the experience. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The host was always prompt to answer any questions. I highly recommend Midtown Casita!

Adorable house in a great location. Beautiful decor with all the amenities of home - laundry pods, shampoo, etc. Seemless and prompt communication owner. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

This property was absolutely perfect me and my wife come out yearly for the tattoo convention (work) and we have stayed in a few different places but this has by far surpassed anywhere else we have stayed. Will definitely be booking again next year, the host was very communicative and the house was spotless. We travel with our kids and this felt very safe as well as being located in an area close to lots of stuff to do.

The place was great! Updated and very clean. We basically used it only to sleep in but we were very satisfied with the unit over all. It’s a bit cozy in the living room but we knew that going in. It’s exactly like the pictures show. Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. Can’t comment on the kitchen supplies since we didn’t eat or cook in the house. Couple of things that we didn’t like. We don’t like the no refund policy. Most units offer at least some sort of refund. ALSO, we didn’t like 1,500 charge for any issues. Usually, they’ll put a hold on your credit card or something like that but we had a full on charge. Hopefully, we’ll get the whole refund back. Can’t comment on that since we just got home and it hasn’t even been a day yet since we checked out. Over all, we would stay here again. We are very particular about cleanliness and updated units and were very pleased overall. Also was a good price. Most other units at the same price range only had one bathroom. Good location as well.

We loved our stay at the Midtown Casita! The host was responsive to our requests. The Casita was comfortable - home away from home! The amenities were perfect; towels etc high quality. It was convenient to our daily hikes and food needs. We wished all our VRBO stays were this comfortable. Thank you

Meticulously prepared for us!

Jacob had every detail covered from the well appointed kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom. We appreciated his great communication and loved the location, too. We look forward to staying again soon.

Anniversary trip to Coeur D’Alene

This small bungalow was perfect for our anniversary trip and in walking distance to the waterfront at Lake Coeur D’Alene. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.

The house was as advertised. It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen had everything you need for vacation cooking. Best news was the AC was working!

The Casita was beautiful beyond our expectation well stocked and close to everything Yoga studio market shops… having a washer dryer so accessible to guests is a game changer… Our host were very communicative and would stay again!

Wonderful bungalow in the heart of the city.

Great property; clean, modern, well equipped. Excellent location in a pleasant neighborhood but close enough to walk to the lake resort and into downtown. Definitely would stay again if out travels take us to Coeur d'Alene.

Cute and comfortable home!

I stayed a week, visiting an old friend, who was able to stay a few days with me. We did a lot of catching up, and the house worked perfectly for us. It was very clean, and comfortable for our visit. Will be going back again in February!
