Inside, the apartment features a thoughtfully designed open layout with plenty of natural light, clean finishes, and everything you need to feel at home. Both bedrooms include cozy bedding, quality linens, and storage space. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer trip, you'll have plenty of room to relax and recharge.
The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, and dinnerware—great for preparing meals at home or warming up takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. There’s a Smart TV in the living area and fast Wi-Fi, making the space great for both relaxing evenings and remote work.
One of the highlights of staying at The Lofts is the coffee shop and bakery located on the ground level of the building. You can grab a fresh pastry and espresso without even getting in the car. It’s a guest favorite and a perfect start to your CDA mornings.
Just a short walk from the apartment is Silver Beach, where you can enjoy lake views, picnic, swim, or paddleboard. The Centennial Trail runs right by the beach and offers beautiful, paved walking and biking access along the waterfront and into downtown.

Not in the apartment, not on the deck, and not in common areas.
If you do need to smoke, please walk completely off the property. (We’re serious about this one; a smoke smell = a deep clean fee.)
🥳 No Parties or Events
We want you to have a great time, just not a blow-the-roof-off one 😄
This is a calm, residential space. If the neighbors call us, your reservation might get canceled and you will be fined $1000.
🚪 Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Visitors during the day? Totally fine. But no overnight extras unless cleared with us first. We like knowing who’s in the space, for everyone’s safety.
🧼 Clean as You Go
No need to deep clean, you’re on vacation! But please:
• Wipe up spills
• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher
• Take your trash to the designated bins or chute if full during your stay
It helps us turn the space around quickly and keep it awesome for the next guest.
🔐 Lock Up When You Leave
Easy one as the door locks automatically.

Accidents happen, wine spills, things break, something’s not working right.
