Enjoy all that hill country has to offer with this cozy retreat. Located on a quiet dead- end gravel road this western facing exposure is a great place to stay when visiting the area. The house sits on secluded acreage with a great valley view facing west to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Hunters/Fisherman: Plenty of room to park your truck and trailer, 8 minutes from pool 9 boat launch, 10 minutes from pool 10 boat launch. Outlet post right at the driveway to charge boat batteries. Outside water available for end of the day clean up.

ATV/UTV Enthusiasts: Trail access just off hwy 27 one minute away.

2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with living area and kitchen. Living area includes pull out couch to sleep a 5th person.

Campfire wood provided, large covered patio to relax and enjoy the view.

Located 20 min from Prairie Du Chien, 20 min from Gays Mills, and 5 min from Eastman.

Peaceful stay

This was our second time staying here. It is very nice and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful. We arrived just after sunset and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch after our drive. Would stay here again!

Very nice property!

It is private and peaceful with beautiful views of the hills and sunsets. It is very clean and well-cared for; hosts were great to work with! We enjoyed evenings on the patio listening to the sounds of nature. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and nice place to stay. Great window to look out at the sunset. Google map was off so be sure to watch for the house number.

This is our 13th girls trip, started when we all turned 50. This place was the best! Extremely clean, correspondence & checkin so easy. Very private.

Awesome host!

Nice property with a lovely view close to options for great snowshoeing. Plenty of space inside for two couples to hang out in the evening. The host went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Easy check-in and -out procedures. All of this made for a great spot for an overnight away with friends.

Retreat for 4

We had things to see and do in the Prairie du Chien area and needed a home base. The Retreat on Fisher was ideal. It was perfect for two couples with two bathrooms and great common space in the kitchen and living room. We were able to fix a nice dinner and visit while doing so. Porch outside was great to see a couple of wonderful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located on a gravel road (so very quiet and peaceful!) but Google Maps sent us about a 1/2 past the property. So it took a little bit to find it. Once we got in, it was very clean and nice. We had coffee on the patio the next morning and enjoyed the view. We then had a fawn and its mom walk right past us. It was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful & relaxing area!

It’s a return visit to this rental for us and was just as good as last year. Easy to get around the driftless area. Comfortable accommodations.

Labor Day weekend getaway

If you're looking for a beautiful and private place to get away to this is the place! The house was beautiful....it had everything we needed! The view was spectacular! Had dinner on the patio and watched the sunset! Kyle was great to deal with. answered any questions I had very promptly!! We hope to return in the near future! Quick getaway

This property is a must stay. They anything you may need to enjoy your stay. The fire while watching the sunset over the valley is amazing. This will not be the last time we stay here.
