We loved this property! The kids fished for hours on the dock and played on the rope swing. They swam in the little sandy area. It is a beautiful home, clean, cozy and comfortable. We will be coming back.

Relaxing and comfortable, the house was stocked thoughtfully with everything we could need. We grilled out and played on the kayaks, it was so much fun. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels which was so nice and comfy. Beautiful house in a beautiful place.

Couldn't ask for any better. Anything you wanted to do , they had the equipment. Great location. Accommodations were great. Kids were happy the whole time. A in my book. Thank you !

This place has everything you could possibly need and that is a huge plus when traveling with family. The kitchen is glorious, the beds are comfortable, and the outdoor space is second to none!

Can't get much better of a location and river access on the Rainbow. Perfect house and yard setup for a family getaway. Easy to launch the included kayaks/paddleboards.

Our stay at Rainbow River Paradise was truly magical. We’ve stayed in many different places through VRBO, but this was the first time we felt like we were in a home thoughtfully designed for families with kids, both comfort and fun were clearly a priority.The location is absolutely unbeatable, and every detail made our stay feel easy and special. We will definitely be coming back soon.Best stay ever—thank you so much!

The access to the gorgeous river was the best. We dove right off the peer to snorkel, great boating/kayak/paddleboards. The open plan kitchen and living area with the big table was nice for family meals and games. We were able to make an amazing Thanksgiving meal then go swimming with the otters, and dry off by the fire.

This house was perfect & the property is truly a Rainbow River gem!! Spacious and beautifully renovated…perfect for our two families to stay comfortably. Our favorite was the tree swing into the river, which kept both the parents and kids busy for hours :-) The incredible hosts are super responsive and provide not only kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe, but tubes and water friendly toys.The fire pit was perfect for at night, where we roasted marshmallows and hung out. It was also close proximity to both downtown Dunnellon & Crystal River for scalloping. We didn’t even need to go to the State Park to experience the tubing tour on the river. We could just jump in and have our own riverfront fun straight out our back door. We’re already planning our trip for next year :-)

Fun for all ages

We loved our stay at Paradise! The scenery is beautiful. The location was perfect for enjoying the river. Our extended family group-ages 3-71 had a blast with the numerous river toys provided by our host. We tubed, kayaked, paddle boarded, fished and snorkeled-all equipment was provided! The house was fabulously appointed and pretty. We highly recommend Paradise on Rainbow River.

Amazing

Everything you would ever need is there for you. We kayaked, paddle boarded, canoed, tubed, fished, swam off the dock, had a fire and grilled every night. Inside was all new and clean, comfortable beds, nice showers, all the towels and linens you need. Perfect!

Well appointed and nice property

This space worked well for our group. River access is easy. You can swim right off the dock. The house is clean and there are plenty of available toys included there. If you are not having fun here, it is your own fault.

Annual Rainbow River birthday celebration

This is my third year celebrating my birthday somewhere on Rainbow River. This is the first home I rented actually on the Rainbow River. And it was excellent. No complaints at all. Stocked with everything beautiful home and perfect right there on the river.

Perfect location on the river

My family and I rented this home for spring break and it was amazing. House looked exactly like the pictures. The location on Rainbow River was the best. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days and guess it to the dock. House was fully stocked with towels and supplies. Beds were comfortable. We will be renting again. Thank you

Beautiful location!! You can walk into the water right out the back door .It was shallow enough for the kids to play all day out back in the water . The house was loaded with everything we needed and more !!! So many water toys , kayaks and life vest we ended up not needing to rent anything the full trip which saved us quite a bit. Cute and CLEAN remodeled house . The kids loved the bunk beds . The house was loaded with clean products for the washer , shower and kitchen sink which was a huge plus for us with a baby on the trip with sensitive skin.My only complaint is the mattress in the master room sinks in a lot. We would love to stay here again
