This was seriously an amazing stay. We had a wonderful time so close to the city beach and we were even able to borrow some nice igloo coolers for water and Gatorade on our boat days. Those were life savers as you cannot take any disposables on the river. The house was SO clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my large multigenerational family.

I can’t say enough about this place and the host. Daniel made this vacation the best experience for my family and I. We were able to check in early and get out an enjoy rainbow river. The property had enough paddle boards for the 7 of us and we also enjoyed the board games that were provided as well. I’m definitely looking forward to booking this place again.

We had multiple families and plenty of room for everyone. The boys loved the loft with the big comfy couches! Kitchen was well stocked, big dining room table. The paddle boards and accessories were great because we did need an extra one. If you’re planning to paddle, note that you cannot launch from the park next to the house but you can exit with your boards there. The park closes at 5:45 pm. The host was super responsive and accommodating! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our group of 8. The accommodations were beautiful and had a great view to the springs. The location was close to all the amenities and activities we wanted to see. Daniel was the perfect host and available to answer any questions.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Each floor had its own privacy, which was perfect for our group. Every detail was well thought out. Would definitely stay again!

This listing was spot on. Our vacation was planned as a graduation present for my daughter and it was awesome. Plenty of room for adults to have a separate space from the "young adults". The house was well thought out for guests and host was awesome and very easy to communicate with. I will definitely star this listing in my Rainbow River favorites as we vacation there every summer. Young adults enjoyed the hot tub and all the games and things to do at the property. Gaming system in the large loft with huge couch was a hanging place for them also. So many river items to use at the house, paddle boards, tubes, noodles, etc., was very nice to have access to. House is very close to anything we needed or wanted to do.

Great air bnb!!!! Big house, really interesting floor plan. 3 stories so be ready for stairs!!! Bottom floor has bunk bed room w bathroom (mind the step down when entering this room!!), a mini kitchen, bedroom w queen and little den w couch. The only way into backyard (where grill and hottub are located) is through these ground floor bedrooms. Middle floor has big bedroom with giant en suite, kitchen, patio, small living room w tv and fake/digital fireplace ( - kinda cool) another bedroom w 2 single beds and another bathroom. Top floor has giant couch, TV and gaming system....house is literally in parking lot for small city park/"beach" so u can watch water and people all day and for 2 bucks can go get in the water during the day - no launching there though and closes before dark. Very fun place for our little crew to stay. House has all the basic necessities and some extras....very happy with the stay overall!!! Super close to Rainbow River canoe and kayak rental places!! Bnb is walking distance to a few restaurants as well. Pretty convenient location

Wow place! Great plan for a get-away weekend! Everything needed to cook, BBQ, even doing a nightfire camp. Well organized and clean. Definitely recommended.

What a special place! The house was very thoughtfully appointed, and it was nice not to have to run out for little things. It even came stocked with a good variety of ice cream! The host, Daniel, was excellent and helpful. We love the great view over a pretty little park. It has had some lovely additions since our last stay, including a nice new bathroom with another rain shower. Since the changes though, it is necessary to go through either of the downstairs bedrooms to get to the back yard area, so plan accordingly. We appreciated dogs being welcome!

This place is amazing! We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house is super clean and spacious and had a great view of the Rainbow River!! The location is beautiful. The paddle boards were perfect. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed! I will definitely stay here again. You have easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and most of all easy access to the Rainbow River!The Host is also very pleasant to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had before during and after our trip!Definitely 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful and comfortable place!

This house was perfect. Beautiful views, great location, very clean. A group of friends joined me for a birthday trip and we had a blast. The loft with the huge couch was a nice touch!

Great stay and layout of the house. Close to restaurants and river. Plenty of river toys, just need a means of getting them to the river. Family friendly house with all the amenities.

This was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was not only in a great location, right on the river, close to the springs, and supermarkets, it was so unique and spacious. Normally I bring blankets and towels because most rentals have the bare minimum but they had everything you can imagine. It felt like a home away from home. We grilled every night enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Great rental!!
