HaT Ranch Lodge is located just east of Ponca City, and 30 minutes west of Pawhuska and Fairfax in Osage county OK. If you are on your way to or from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, the HaT Ranch is the perfect location. You will drive through the heart of historic Osage ranch country (and right past the Drummond ranch) on your way to Pawhuska. Are you wanting to learn more about Osage history (as in the Killers of the Flower Moon book)? A stay at the HaT Ranch will give you a taste of what life on a Osage county ranch feels like.
Did I mention the lodge is just 7 miles from Kaw Lake?? This is a perfect retreat after a day of fishing or boating.
This is a spacious and elegant lodge with a western flair. The lodge was completely remodeled in 2018-19. There are 4-5 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, and a newly renovated kitchen and dining area.Two large porches facing east and west allow guests to enjoy the scenic ranch view all day. For those guests that want to experience the country life, but still want all the amenities of town, you'll be happy to know that the HaT Ranch Lodge is less than 10 miles from Ponca City, OK. (Be sure to check out the Marland Mansion in Ponca City while you are in town!) Bonus: the beautiful Osage Casino is just 6 miles down the road! If Mexican food is your thing, make sure to try Enrique's at the airport, or El Patio. Don't feel like going out? Guests can be entertained in our game room or enjoy a bonfire under the stars. We have 3 flat screen TV's. The lodge can accommodate a couple, a family, extended family, a girls weekend, bachelor party, wedding shower, reunion, work group, graduation party, etc. If you are looking for a clean, private, spacious home with ALL new appliances and bedding, AND views of beautiful Osage county, the HaT Ranch Lodge is for you!

The HaT Ranch exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stay close to Ponca City. The cabin was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfect for spending quality time with friends and family.

This place is absolutely amazing, it's everything as described, and so amazing all the rooms were very clean and user friendly. The whole group throughly enjoyed the game room and played alot of different games. Our intentions when we booked this ranch was to go see some of the near by attractions , but everyone choose to stay here instead for most of our stay. We will be booking another trip/stay here again. This has become our new favorite place.

This was our family’s 2nd time staying at Hat Ranch and it didn’t disappoint. It’s such a great location for our family to gather and celebrate special occasions. This visit was for a surprise 80th birthday for my dad. We had relatives from Texas, California, Arizona and Colorado. Our immediate family is all local to the area and Hat Ranch is such a great place for our extended family to all come and stay. The space is perfect and the location is quiet and large enough for us all to enjoy. The kids loved the game room and the adults all love the outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the views. Absolutely amazing property with so much to offer. I’m sure we will be back again!

The hat ranch Lodge was ideal for our little family reunion this year. The house was clean and the game room was awesome for all the kids and adults to hang out in. For our city folks, seeing the cattle close by was fun for them. Everyone enjoyed the couple of days we had together.

The accommodations were very nice. Great care had gone into providing directions for use, design of rooms, and especially the activity room. Although the outdoor accommodations were relaxing the hot weather kept us in the spacious home. Most of our time was spent in the activity room as we enjoyed the bar, shuffleboard, pool table, tall seating small tables, and especially the authentic blackjack table with real poker chips. Each of the three tables had a small bin with a deck of cards and unique games. The longhorn stock of cattle made the quaint ranch even more authentic. Although the home has sleeping for 10, it is spacious enough to support a larger group.

lots of room plenty of bathrooms. Very Private. Game room very Nice. Manager veryear y helpful. Everything works. Patio on east and west side with very nice seating and tables. Large dumpster. Well maintained. Have stayed every for 5 years and are planning for our group to stay for the next few years. Like this house and location very much.

Traveling with a group of teens is always stressful but everything about this stay was amazing! We got to see deer, cattle, calves romping, possums, and so many stars! The beds were so comfy and the entire house was spotless. There was plenty of room to stretch out and the game room was a hit. I cannot wait to take my family there for a visit. Our host was the best and we loved it.

The brother-sister duo of Hainzinger and Todd, along with their spouses, bought this gorgeous rock home in 2018 and started the HaT Ranch lodge. Renovating this home became a family project and we especially appreciated using re-purposed materials from our family's 100 year old barns. The house is full of Osage county history with pictures and books displayed throughout. We live a few miles from the lodge, so we are confident in recommending the location.

We have driven past this house for years on the way to our cattle pasture and always dreamed of its potential as a lodge. The original owners gave us the opportunity to buy the property in 2018 and we haven't looked back!
