We are 40 year residents of Ponca City. We were both raised in small Oklahoma towns before moving to Ponca City in 1981. Mike grew up in Lamont, OK and I grew up in Erick, OK. We love Ponca City! We are brand new to being a Vrbo host and are excited about learning the process.

We bought this house in early 2022 as a rental home for our daughter and 2 granddaughters. They live in Cuernavaca, Mexico with her husband. They moved to Ponca in early 2021 because of difficulties in Mexico during the pandemic (primarily due to school closures). They lived in our home for almost a year as they looked for the perfect home of their own. This house on Dalewood was the perfect location (quiet, safe neighborhood in the desired school district). An elderly lady lived in the house and it was neglected for many years. We did considerable renovations during 2022 and love how it turned out. We love the neighborhood and the friendly neighbors.
