This is a 3BR/2B mobile home near Kaw Lake, Oklahoma. Sleeps 8-10. Master bedroom has 1 king size bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds with full size beds on bottom & twin beds on top. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, stove, microwave & dishwasher. Washer & dryer on site. 2 TV's with satellite TV. Deck on front of house so you can sit outside with a roof over your head and enjoy the country air. Also has a BBQ grill if you want to grill dinner. Located just 2 miles from Kaw City, Oklahoma on highway 11 on 1 acre of land. Nice quiet country neighborhood. Dogs are welcome with pet deposit. Minimum 2 night stay. 2 miles from Kaw Lake, 10 miles from Ponca City, OK. 30 miles from The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile. At the present time there is no WIFI.

With the current Covid-19 pandemic going on I feel that this house is the safest way for a family to "go camping" Everything is sanitized and well disinfected after anyone stays here. Please send me an email if you have questions concerning this.

This place was as described, comfortable good location and great amenities within the home.

The host needs to check cleanliness before guests check-in. We found lots of dead flies and a bit of dust. The refrigerator needs a good cleaning or replaced.Walking from where you have to park to the house is mostly patchy grass and after even the slightest rain you are bringing in dirt and mud. Stepping stones or a gravel walk/path would be nice.In general the trailer is very much showing it's age.

I’m sorry that you weren’t happy with your stay. I usually check for cleanliness before guests check in but wasn’t able to before you arrived due to a death in the family. Absolutely amazing stay, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property. The host is very easy to talk to. My favorite part was NO wifi, it made everyone put down their devices and visit without a screen between them. I can not say enough good things.

My husband & I are retired & loving it! We have 12 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren! Many of the grand kids grew up playing here. They loved to boat and play on the lake. My sons love to fish any time they get a chance here at the lake. We live just 10 short miles from this house.

During the off season I have rented to people that come from out of town to work. Send me an email & I will help work the details out. Hunters have been having great luck in the area when they come to hunt the public hunting areas nearby for ducks, turkey, deer, and geese. There are plenty of fish in the lake for those who love to fish!

It is the perfect place to come for quiet peaceful get-away. We now have a Dollar General 2 miles away in Kaw City where you can get suntan lotion or the things you might need for dinner or go to Kaw One Stop and order a pizza to go. They are delicious!
