This property is my first choice when staying in Ponca City. It’s cozy, clean, well appointed and the host is highly responsive.

What a great little spot to get away and relax. The hosts thought of everything one might need. The house was clean, well set up and had the best patio area to hang out on and enjoy the beautiful Oklahoma night. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place as a base for our sons wedding.

Perfect little cottage

This is the second time staying here and we loved it. The hosts are so responsive, the cottage is cozy, beds are very comfortable. We will be back.

Great Farm House close to town!!!

A great small farmhouse that can easily accommodate four adults. A quiet and private location minutes from town and the lake.

Perfect place

Great, clean, quiet place to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Erin was fantastic at communicating with me. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Yes, it's the cutest little farm house! The goats to watch on the farm beside the house added a sweet, funny touch and the large firepit was well enjoyed on the only non-windy, chilly night we got there. TVs were ample for down time and kitchen perfectly suited our needs with extras provided when needed. Was a pleasant stay for our family affair and happy to recommend to anyone who prefers a more private place to stay over a hotel!

Charming Farmhouse

We enjoyed the farmhousevand particularly enjoyed watching the cows and goats. Goats are very funny creatures

Cozy little farm house

We stayed here during our annual family hunting trip. This was by far the best trip we’ve had. The little house we’ve dubbed our hunting cabin was perfect! Away from town, quiet and about 25 minutes from where we hunt. We’ll definitely try to stay here again!

This 100 year old farmhouse is great

The house is very old and has a lot of character. It has been updated and is well cared for and clean. The owner was excellent to work with.

This is a fantastic, cozy home while you’re away from your own. We loved all the furnishings and the backyard contains a fire pit, BBQ area, and some goats and a donkey in the very back, who greeted us every morning. It was a magical stay and we made good use of the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Warm and comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommend!!

Farmhouse

Nice,clean little house. Sufficient for our needs. Children and others enjoyed watching the animals. Earth moving was a little distracting, and lack of kitchen exhaust caused fire alarm to go off while cooking. Overall, will consider again.

Although it was temporary, we can understand how that could have been distracting during your stay. Fortunately, that isn’t typical so normally it is very quiet and peaceful. We are glad your group enjoyed the animals though; they are always fun to watch and enjoy in nature. We will further look in to the kitchen concern. A 100 year old house does have its challenges, but we definitely try to have every possible convenience. Again, thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you again!

Excellent Hosts!!!

This place was the cutest farm house. The hosts have went above and beyond thinking about their guests. All of the little extras were phenomenal. The place was spotless and very well decorated. It made me wish I lived there! The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked amazingly. The temperature during our stay was 110 and you wouldn't have even known considering how well the air conditioning worked. The thoughtfulness of every little extras shoes how much they care about the guest. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. I've stayed in multiple locations and have never felt more comfortable and appreciated than I did at this location. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that had I before and during our stay. They were the best hosts that I've ever communicated with as well. I literally can not say enough about this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Ponca City!

What a Gem

Absolutely loved this little farmhouse gem! The home was super clean and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed exploring the property and enjoyed comfortable sleeping in a cozy home! We will definitely be back for our lake trips, no more tent camping for this family!
