The Space:

This lovely beach house is perfect for your escape to the coast, with a large deck, ocean views, and nearby beach access! Plus, it has modern conveniences, such as a proper kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Kid-friendly extras include a crib, high chair, and Pack 'n Play.



There is much to do in the area - hiking, biking, and walking the boardwalk to downtown Seaside.
 Or stay in and watch the waves roll in. Sometimes whales, dolphins, and other sea life come into the cove, and this home has a front-row seat. The unique side view of the cove presents an unusual scene where you can view surfers shoot by as they ride the waves. Sandy beach access is only .2 miles down the road. Seaside is close by and has much to offer. Boats, kayaks, bikes, motorscooters, and pedal cars are available for rent nearby. You might visit the Aquarium, try zip lines, or play a round of golf.

The view is amazing!! Watched whales, seals and various sea birds from the deck. Beach access from house is a bit difficult but public access is very close by. Some of the games in the game room need repairs. Living areas are in good shape. Older property but very comfortable. Beds are average. Overall property in satisfactory condition.

The view was amazing. The house had most everything we needed. A pizza cutter and night lights in the bathrooms would be nice, but overall we were very pleased with everything.

In general everything was good. Nice accomodations and great view. We enjoyed it very much. Bath towels had been folded and put away wet, leaving the closet shelf damp. I dried the towels and put them back.

The property is located on a stunning location. If you are looking for beautiful ocean view this is the place. Also the living room is filled with lovely art to appreciate . We experienced these issues.I believe the owners need to know how their property is being managed.Firstly, we had to finish drying the guest towels and folding them because they were not going to be dry if we didn’t. The housekeeper said he could not stay after our check in.3 pans were put away wet with baked food on them. We decided not to eat meals here. Only one oven worked.There were no draperies on the master windows I get that there is a view, but I still want curtains when I sleep.I was cold and there were no blankets in the closet. The bed was made with just a sheet and bedspread. I found a blue blanket in the hall closet, but it had clearly not been washed. It had crushed hard candy stuck to it.The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Also a slippery tub with no grab bars. My cousin was concerned she would fall.The outside trash was filled to the brim. We could not dispose of our trash. Housekeeper had said he would call about it. But, at checkout it was still full.A nice gesture : to provide your guests with a blanket throw and Kleenex.The oven cleaner on top of the furnace was concerning. Back door in the garage leading to the outside was unlocked when we arrived. Air Hockey was broken.We still enjoyed the location. Just needs better management.

Fantastic stay!

This was a wonderful house on the Oregon Coast with beautiful ocean view and walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of great space for our family and really enjoyed our stay!
