There is no doubt as to how special this unit is as soon as you step through the door. A stone fireplace welcomes you inside where you will experience an open floor plan between the living room with a queen size pull out & galley kitchen complete with bar stools lining the counter. Additionally, this unit is unique having a dedicated dining area, leading out to the back porch. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed complete with its own walk in shower bathroom. The second bedroom is off the living room, and features bunk beds; full size on the bottom, and twin on the top. The second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination,.

Completing this cottage are dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air & charcoal grill.

A home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage 11A at Sleepy Hallow was perfection. Fun, vibrant decor mixed with clean calm soothing whites and wood tones. Everything was clean and well maintained. Customer service was above and beyond at every opportunity. The grounds were lovely and there is plenty of activities for all ages. Everything is even nicer than pictured and I cannot wait to go back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time in this unit. As expected, it was a quiet unit, nicely laid out, with all advertised amenities. My only complaint would be that not all lights were functional (some bulbs burned out). However, that was not a real problem during my stay and I did not remember to report it after I left.

Our cottage, 11 A, was perfect. Clean, well-appointed, with all conveniences. Our walk to the lake to watch the sunset was always a delight!. We think it's a great place to get some R&R and we hope to return.

This is the 2nd time we stay at Sleepy Hollow! First time was girls weekend and this time with our hubby's! We all loved it here and plan to be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was so cute! It was tucked away on the resort and was quiet, yet close enough to the beach and the lake. It was decorated well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, cooking utensil, and pots and pans anyone would every need. One of the best features was the back patio! The place was immaculate when we arrived, and even smelled good!

The lake was perfect

Weekend get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely pleased with our experience. The rooms were spotless. We called last minute and the lady at the front desk ( older lady) was very helpful. We arrived late at night and we called the front desk to inform them we would arrived 15 minutes before they close. The young lady who answered the phone was very short and unpleasant. She was extremely unhelpful. The young man helped us find our room. He was pleasant. The day we checked out, we had a chance to chat with the lovely older lady who was a pleasure to talk to. We would have given 5 stars to the check in-out process if it was not for the unpleasant young lady.

Great family fun vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Sleepy Hollow this year and last making it now a family tradition. There is something there for everyone . The grandchildren are busy in the morning with arts and crafts or just hanging out on the playground. The pool is clean and safe. Lake Michigan is amazing and having a family campfire at night after watching the sunset is truely the best. Jackie in the office is always ready to assist you as well as all the other employees of the resort. We called to let them know that the screen door was ripped and within the hour they came and took it away and repaired it...

Fantastic pool, great little beach, tons to do, and the availability of the bikes was the best part- our kids had SO much fun biking all over the place and being able to be independent since everything was so safe and family-friendly. We would enthusiastically recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone, especially if you're traveling with kids!!

Escape the City!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best weekend trip! Our condo was great for the 3 of us and the property awesome for our 2 year old daughter. The pool, playground, beach and overall outdoor space made our trip very easy and fun. The Grocery store is close for those forgotten items and downtown South Haven a quick 2 miles drive. Watching the sunset on the beach was a hit and Sherman's ice cream delicious. We will definitely be back.

Our cottage was pristine, and decorated in that "south haven" decor which immediately had us racing to the beach to enjoy or day. Great cottage, wonderful time
