THIS SPACIOUS UNIT WILL AMAZE YOU! BEGINNING WITH THE VAULTED CEILINGS WHICH MAKES THE SPACE FEEL EVEN LARGER, WE WILL BEGIN WITH THE OPEN LIVING ROOM/DINING AND EAT IN KITCHEN COMBINATION COMPLETE WITH A QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH. THE MAIN BEDROOM OFFERS A QUEEN SIZE BED, AND STEP IN SHOWER BATHROOM. THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS TWO TWIN BUNKS, PLUS A 3RD TWIN, AND SHARED BATH COMES WITH A STEP IN SHOWER AS WELL. THERE IS GREAT OUTDOOR SPACE JUST OFF THE KITCHEN. COMPLETING THIS UNIT ARE DISHWASHER, WASHER/DRYER, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND CHARCOAL GRILL.

Perfect for off season

We’ve never stayed in South Haven and imagine it would be different in the summer, but for our early October stay it was the perfect quiet getaway. Having the private beach was so nice.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being close to the pool and the private beach was great. They had plenty of bikes available for the guests to use and it was a short drive to the downtown area . This was our third time staying at sleepy hallow, and we’ve had a great experience every time.

Our days consisted mostly of playing in the sand and waves at the beach and jumping into the gorgeous pool, it was a perfect family get away before the start of school. We enjoyed using the sports field and basketball court, along with ping pong. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented the unit for the entire week. Our three grown children came for the 3 day weekend and it was FABULOUS! The condo is TOP NOTCH. They provided everything you could think of, even left handed scissors! I mean EVERYTHING. It was spotlessly clean and up to date. The entire property was gorgeous and we received daily texts asking if we needed anything and keeping us up to date. I hate to tell you how great it was because now it will probably be so booked we'll never get another chance to stay there.

But was SO disappointed the pool & hot tub were closed especially since they were heated units!! big disapointment!! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family totally enjoyed staying at Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort. The grounds were very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, beach, the park and the shared bicycles. Sunsets were beautiful with a nice stairway with built-in benches along the way down to the beach. Our particular unit had a broken dishwasher which had dishes left behind, and the washer was unusable. There wasn't any positive follow up from the office regarding repairs.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sleepy Hollow! It’s a great place for family to spend time together. Our unit had seating room not only for us, but also for our family staying in another cabin. The entire property is very well maintained. The beach was not deep this year, but there was still plenty of room for beach chairs, which were provided. There is also a pool with a lifeguard.

Memorial Day Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented a two bedroom condo so my parents, daughter and I could celebrate three of our birthdays as well as Memorial Day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort has everything a family could want. Fully equipped units, grills, beach chairs, games, etc.) We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was the whole weekend. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone who is looking for a great place to stay on Lake Michigan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family came from south Florida and rented two properties. Patio 33 was unbelievable. Everything was clean, orderly, and supplied. The best part (well, there were lots of best parts), was eating out on the very large patio. That is not something we get to do in FL in the summer.Fires on the beach! Lots and lots for the six year old to do. Friendly staff.

The unit was clean, well appointed (we actually cook all week), and a great location. The only thing lacking was a knife sharpener.
