A modern apartment where you can feel right at home. With plenty of glass-walls all around the house you will be able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Where you can enjoy of a ficus tree, animal farm, diferent forest trails, all this for NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Two-story apartment surrounded by trees that give the feeling of being in the forest Perfect for couples, families and friends. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. Located less than 10 minutes away from the center of the town. This beautiful property is located in a farm where you can find a restaurant, Orquid garden ($15p.p), night tours ($30p.p) and a course of our traditional food(gallo pinto, tortillas, empanadas ($30p.p). Our Eco-friendly property is in harmony we nature.

Since We live within the same property we will be available if you need any help. We'd love to show you all you can do in our farm or at any other tourist attraction nearby. We want your stay to be the most pleasent, so we can make reservations for you at the canopy, aerial tram, hanging bridges, horse tour,bungee, ATV, butterfly garden, herpetarium, coffee tour, zipline, or any other with not additional cost.

Gorgeous location, beautiful house, friendly and helpful owner! Pretty much an ideal situation.

We loved our stay here, and the property is simply gorgeous! Just a short drive to zip lining and fantastic restaurants and waterfall hikes. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful and Serene View

This listing was exactly as pictured, and we loved the large picture windows that let in the wonderfully cool breeze. That made the whole experience. There were construction projects going on, but they weren’t disruptive to the experience.

Peaceful mountain stay

This upper level of a two-story condo has such a beautiful tree house feel. We loved all the windows and jungle sounds. It was clean and well-equipped and we didn't hear any noises from the neighbors around us. Beds were very comfy. A lovely 15-minute drive back into Monteverde. It felt secluded without feeling isolated and is near many options for tours of all kinds. Highly recommend!

Great location in a beautiful setting!

We had a great stay! We were only in the Monteverde area for two nights and this location was great for access to zip-lining, nature tours, and the restaurants and shops in Santa Elena. We rented a 4x4, which may not be essential, but was nice to have, as the roads are unpaved and can be rough. The house was clean and comfortable, with a nice deck and lots of large windows to let in the light and the lovely views of the forest and countryside. We saw Emerald toucanets and coatis from the deck and leaf-cutter ants on a walk around the property. Maria was very welcoming and responsive.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There were a few hick-ups in the check in process but the owner was very apologetic and kind and went out of her way to fix the problems. The views are beautiful and the location was close to good food and fun. The owner was very communicative and gave lots of great information to make our stay easy.

Nice place in the country

The property was clean and well maintained. Keep in mind that it is out in the country and the roads to reach the property are dirt and very rough. It is close to several zip line tours which is why we stayed there. It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest town for restaurants and groceries. The bedrooms are small but the living room is cozy.
