One of the best place to stay in Monteverde, our host Kenneth was so easy to work with he knows his spots around the house he gave us amazing recommendations. The house itself is absolutely magnificent, if you are lucky you get to enjoy the morning coffee on the front porch and the absolutely cute and nicest dog Bella comes to chill with you. Peaceful, breathtaking and the people are amazing. Will definitely go back one day

Ken and his family were amazing! We were stuck at the car rental for hours and he assisted us with finding a hotel for the night. The plantation is beautiful! The house is rustic and perfect for the location. We enjoyed time on the porch at sunset and in the morning with our coffee. The house is comfortable and relaxing.

This was such a wonderful place to stay for the 2 days we spent in Monte Verde. It’s not that far from town and gave us the seclusion that we were looking for. The house is so open with balconies and windows allowing you to enjoy the beauty that surrounds the property. Ken, the host is extremely friendly and full of knowledge. He responded very quickly to any question we had. The house is clean, the beds are comfy and there’s hot water! We would love to come back and spend a week at this hidden jewel and definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay with Ken and his son Juan was one of the highlights of our Costa Rica trip. From the moment we booked, their communication was exceptional. They provided incredibly detailed instructions, local recommendations, and helpful tips that made everything easy and stress-free.The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature. We loved seeing the gorgeous parrot, spending time with Bella—the sweetest dog—and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. One of the unique perks was being able to pick fresh fruit right from the property, which made the experience feel truly authentic and special. The coffee farm was a wonderful added touch and gave us a glimpse into local life without ever feeling touristy. What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. Ken and Juan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were flexible, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. You can tell they take great pride in hosting their guests. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, local charm, and exceptional hosts, look no further. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde.Thank you, Ken and Juan, for an unforgettable experience!
