“A SHORE THING” is a beautifully renovated and equipped, beachfront townhome, located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach.
Enjoy the quiet privacy of this home, with close access to all that 30A and PCB has to offer; dining, golf, spa, fishing, state parks, and other recreational activities. Located just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Seaside to the west, and Pier Park, with dining, shopping, and a movie theatre to the east. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are less than a quarter mile, and famous Thomas' Donuts is close by too!
This 3 level home has a private, enclosed garage, with beach access, a beach closet with 2nd refrigerator and beach toys, gas grill, and laundry on ground level. A second parking space is directly in front of the garage.
The main level includes a spacious deck with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy amazing sunsets! Inside is a beautifully furnished living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom.
The upper level has a serene master suite with private bath, and a beachfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The 3rd bedroom, has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and private bath as well. The living room and bedrooms have new smart tv’s.
All units are on the community boardwalk, with private access to the pool and beach.
If you are looking for a stress free vacation, away from the crowds and traffic, it's "A Shore Thing" this is the place to lay your towel in the sand and point your toes to the sky!

Fantastic Getaway Directly On The Beach

We loved this place, directly on the beach with panoramic views of the ocean. Definitely a place to rest up and relax, but only 15min from Panama City beach and 25min to the airport.Hosting was well thought out, and set up for a stress free time.Would absolutely do this again!

Ideal Beach Getaway

Paul and Dianne are excellent hosts. When Hurricane Helene interrupted our vacation they gave us 2 extra days at no charge. Which was very generous as we are only able to take one vacation a year. Town home is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. The views are spectacular. There is nothing like waking up to that view from the master bedroom. The access the beach is wonderful. Thank you again Paul and Dianne for your generosity.

Beautiful beach vacation

Everything was perfect. Location was wonderful and beach was great and not crowded. Easy to get to with a 2 & 4 yr old. They had chairs, beach wagon, etc.. The inside was very nice and the kitchen was so well equipped. The beds were so comfortable from mattresses to linens and pillows. Our group was from 2 to 72 and everybody loved it. Great decks! Grocery and drug store about a mile away. Close to all the 30A towns, Rosemary, Alys Beach are about 3 miles and Seaside is about 20 mins. We are definitely going back. This is best place we have stayed at in the area including Rosemary. Only 3 steps down to get to the beach unlike other places.

As good as it gets.

This is my go to spot for relaxing and my 2 week recharge trip yearly. Please do not discover how great and undiscovered this place is, I stayed 1/2 mile down the beach for 50 years, never again.

Location on the beach was amazing. We do wish that there were more things such as restaurants and shopping within walking distance but that has nothing to do with the owners of the property. They made sure we were well taken care of and communication was amazing.

We had a great time staying at “A Shore Thing”. Paul and Dianne were very responsive. The condo had everything we could have needed. The beds were so comfortable and everyone slept great! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful visit

Despite the ongoing construction at the condo my family and I enjoyed another wonderful vacation. You can’t beat the location. The owners are wonderful and very responsive to your needs. This was our third time renting this unit. Highly recommended!

Great time and excellent location!

Loved the location of this condo. Beach was not crowded at all. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Condo was nice and well stocked. We glanced at the pool our last day. It appeared really nice but we spent all our time on the beach.This was a very relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Communication with the owner was very easy. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Owners were outstanding. Able to be reached at any time and were prompt with all the info needed prior to our trip. House was as described and comfortable for all our guests. Great week, thanks again!

Retreat at ‘A Shore Thing’

Absolutely Amazing!!!

We have stayed at several units at the Shores and this one was by far the best. Perfect location and everything you need for a stay is there! Closet downstairs was amazing!!! This is truly how a VRBO should be. You can tell Paul and Dianne truly care about their property and guests! Looking to rent again!!!

Love Shore Thing!

This was our second stay at The Shore Thing, and once again, it was perfect for our family! From check in to check out, communication was quick and convenient with Dianne and Paul. I cannot say enough about this place-it was very clean and maintained so nicely. Although we had some rain, there was plenty to do, and we were able to enjoy extended family staying in two other condos there. We will definitely be looking at return dates, and would highly recommend this unit! The Smith Family!

Family Summer Vacation 2023

Love the place, as others have said well appointed, nothing missing in the kitchen and the chairs and fridge downstairs are awesome. I plan to stay for the same time every year and have stayed on the same 1 mile of beach since childhood. I had total instant communication with the owner if a question arose. I just can’t think of anything to complain about, book with confidence!

Fantastic

Wonderful townhouse right on the beach. It was so nice being able to walk right out of the townhouse to the beach without having to wait for elevators, and the beach was not crowded at all. It has exceptional parking. Also, the extra refrigerator and the grill in the garage was a huge bonus for our large family. And there were plenty of beach chairs in the garage for guests to use. The townhouse itself was beautifully updated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Steps to the beach!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and it was not packed with people! Felt very private. The views to the ocean was the best part! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, and with the three full bathrooms everyone has their own space. Excellent communication with the owners and they had a welcome letter with things to do. We rented a boat from Salty pontoons. That was definitely our favorite day! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Location

The location is great! Just steps from the beach. The townhouse is well stocked with plenty of bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, storage for extra food and a crock pot. There were plenty of beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, floaties and plenty of beach toys.They pretty much covered everything needed to stay. It was home away from home!

Hi, Dianne and Paul! Thank you for sharing your lovely townhome! It is just what we were looking for...walk down to the beach (just a few steps away!), sunset views and IMMACULATE! Everything is there that we needed and more. Linens are all new and bright white. Kitchen is well stocked and the unit comfortably decorated. A bonus of lots of clean beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Proximity to shopping and excellent, varied restaurants is wonderful. The powdery, white sand and blue & turquoise waters offer a perfect setting. Thank you, Paul, for your help when we had a minor question. Richard enjoyed speaking with you. Beautiful place!

Loved the views of ocean from both balconies. House was very nice and comfortable. Close to everything you would need. Paul and Dianne were great hosts and very accommodating….

Our unit has been in the family since it was built in 1976. We were fortunate enough to purchase our home from my mother-in-law in 2017. We added some "love" with updates and new furnishings, just as she had for many years. She enjoyed reading the guest book on her visits and valued the comments. We want to share our" little slice of heaven" and hope that your family will enjoy it as much as ours does! We've made some great memories here, and hope you will too! Stay in, and pop some fresh fish on the grill while you enjoy the sunset. Or, head to 30 Avenue or Rosemary, for amazing restaurants or a toddy at The Black Pearl.. We love The Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Thomas' Donuts, Edwards, Barbacoa, Shades, Destin Ice Seafood Market, and many more, all just minutes away!
