This unit is completely updated and modern! Enjoy a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay, pool and hot tub! Watch dolphins every morning while sipping your coffee, or while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening!
A 7-minute drive to Madeira Beach, and close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping within 7 minutes. Lots to do; close to fishing including deep sea, and jet skiing.

We have equipped the condo for you! We have cooking and eating utensils, cups incl. wine glasses, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, towels incl. beach, and some basic necessities (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags.

Great view and proximity to St Pete beaches
Really enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the long views of the bay was great. You’re also 10 minutes from some beautiful beaches. All in all we had a lovely stay. Our host was great - very responsive and on top of things. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a fabulous visit, everything was as in the listing. Watched the dolphins most mornings from the balcony.

Would book again!
We thought the condo was perfect for our stay. We had a beautiful view- saw lots of marine life! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Would book again if going back to the area.

Relaxing getaway
Property was as shown and was a great place to stay for a nice relaxing few days. Views are great and saw dolphins every day. Diane was great to deal with and responded to any questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
Great location to access beaches and downtown St Pete.
Beautiful clean unit, perfect for a couple.
The resort grounds and the beach towns will need time to recover from the recent hurricane damage.

Great view
Relaxing view of the bay with dolphins daily swimming in the water. Property inside was relaxing and decorated with a calming grace.

We loved the condo! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed and more! The location was great since we were close to restaurants and shopping and minutes to the beach. A++

Exactly as described…great location!
This condo was exactly as described and in a great location. Building was very quiet, plenty of parking and near lots of stores and restaurants and only about 10 minutes to beach. Property manager was very responsive.

Lovely condo
Just as advertised, fantastic view, well equipped, everything you could possibly need. Located in the centre of restaurants, shopping.

Beautiful views
Love staying at Boca Ciega. The views are beautiful. We have stayed at several units on this property but loved this particular unit. Very clean, relaxing, quiet and every need was taken care of. Looking forward to next year!

Birthday getaway!!
First of all, the views are absolutely stunning! We saw dolphins several times during our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. Very clean and easy access to property. Would definitely recommend and will come back for a staycation.

Winter Getaway
Loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Saw dolphins almost every day! Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Property is close to everything you need. A great location!

We love this property because everything is at your fingertips and the view is spectacular!!! It's larger than a hotel with a living area, a kitchen and dining area, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. The 20 ft. balcony has a breath-taking view of the pool and the Bay, and is only a 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach. It's also close to many restaurants, bars, Walmart, Starbucks, Home Depot, and so much more!!
