Walking distance to downtown, beach, boardwalk and to the wonderful surrounding towns. Pets welcome on a case-by-case basis.

The house is awesome. Great kitchen, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. The beach is a quick walk away. The owner was so accommodating, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home away from home

The house was even more lovely and spacious than described. We had such a good time, and Lauren is incredibly communicative. We loved the location and we loved the house. Highly recommend!

Great place for family reunion

We are a group of 6 female cousins, all over the age of 60. The house was a perfect place for us to stay with multiple comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The sitting rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to walk to the beach and to the shopping areas in Asbury Park. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Home away from home

This home was truly exceptional! The host was ALWAYS available whenever we needed her and was an excellent host. She created a wonderful place to enjoy with friends and family. The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough space for all of us. The entire home smelled freshly cleaned and all of the decorations were beautiful. We just loved every minute of our visit. The home is beautiful and the decorations were very nice. The house came equipped with everything that our family needed. Great location within walking distance to the beach and shopping/eating areas. We will definitely be looking to our next stay at Asbury Park, New Jersey. Thank you always!

Girls weekend

Our girls weekend was a great success in Asbury Park! This property is as described and very close to the boardwalk and beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, nice large dining table, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens ... really don't have any negatives to report. Communication was excellent with the owner. Nice dinner at Moonstruck. Thanks for a nice stay!

A Great Stay Even in the Off-Season!

I stayed there with a group of girls in February and don't have anything but great things to say about our stay. Beautiful victorian house that has everything you need for a great group vacation. We loved the huge dining room table and all the living room couches that fit us all! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants makes it a perfect location.

Family Wedding Fun

Perfect beautiful place for a large family gathering!! The owners of this place have thought of everything. So comfortable, so close to the wedding venue. Great house for a family. Reunion

Despite the weather being a complete washout, the house did not dissapoint. It accommodated all 12 of us comfortably and plenty of room with all the comforts necessary for ‘being house bound’ during the tropical storm.

Shore get away

We rented this beautiful house for a week at the shore before traveling to NY for a family wedding. We currently live in AZ, and while I grew up on the Jersey shore, my grandchildren don't have the opportunity to enjoy the beach. The house was perfect, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate our crew! Walking distance to the beach, but quiet enough for cozy evenings. Loved it!

Beautiful home with everything you need!

Our group was in town for a wedding and wanted to find a place big enough for 3 couples and 2 additional friends. We were lucky to have found this listing on VRBO and booked it immediately. Everything was great, the only snag was some miscommunication and difficulty during the check-in process. However, the owner reached out and apologized which was much appreciated. We loved that the kitchen had some snacks to welcome us and laminated instructions on the check-out process. The home had plenty of clean towels and linens which was much appreciated. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in the area again, we would happily book this home!

Beautiful house & location!

We had a wonderful time & stay for my friend’s bachelorette weekend in Asbury Park! The house was beautiful & more than accommodating in every way! Everyone had their own room/bed which was so nice & we loved how spacious, warm & welcoming the house was. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay at this property for a large group & the location is just wonderful & so close to Cookman Avenue as well as the beach. From start to finish, Lauren was wonderful throughout the whole process of booking & once we got there for our stay, can’t thank her enough!!
