Ocean Grove Cottage

This Ocean Grove Cottage sleeps four people comfortably. The house originally built in 1920 was completed renovated in 2012. Located 6 blocks from the ocean, 4 blocks from main street Ocean Grove and walking distance to the NJ Transit train to NY. The
renovation included a new kitchen and two full baths.

Beautiful enclosed front porch

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom with a full size double bed. Two full bathrooms on first floor.

HD television with cable in living room. Wireless internet available.

Outdoor shower.

Full size washer and dryer. Whole house air conditioning.

Plenty of hot water with an on demand gas hot water heater.

A block square tree covered park is just down the street. At the end of the street is a children's playground, tennis court and Bocci ball courts.

The cottage was lovely - clean, well-kept, and stocked with all the basics. It was the perfect home-base to walk to Sea Here Now, enjoy the beach, and explore all that the area has to offer. The owners made the process easy and enjoyable. We hope to rent with them again soon.

There are a range of stay options in Ocean Grove, from truly grand (& ) multistory historic or faux historic replicas to cozy cottages. This stay is a wonderful exemplar of the latter; if a cute cozy well-appointed well-maintained has-everything-you-need cottage appeals to your small group, you will LOVE this! Approximately a ten minute walk to the beach (w/ 4 beach badges on-site), a sand shower, a nice outdoor patio, a cute sunroom, two bathrooms (unusual for a cottage this size), well-equipped kitchen, easy on-street parking for OG, close to the commercial stuff these are among the many attributes. And the host is very responsive, answering various questions I had very promptly. I’d stay here again (& again & again) enthusiastically for groups of 1 to 4.

Second time staying here second time enjoying every second of it. Amazing location by beach and restaurants, comfortable space, everything you could want in the kitchen. Super clean. Host was very responsive and kind. Really enjoy staying here when we visit the shore.

The cottage was very clean with a modern kitchen with all amenities, 2 updated bathrooms and a lovely enclosed porch. The town itself is very quaint and quiet. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would most definitely stay here again.

A cozy, comfortable cottage

It's the ideal place for a getaway. Conveniently near the beach (at the end of the block), Main Avenue, and some excellent restaurants. The house was spotless and well-maintained.

We booked the property months in advance and couldn’t wait for our Jersey Shore beach trip. Bill made everything super easy; reached out beforehand with thorough instructions, the house was extremely clean and the location was great for beach and town access. Having beach badges was so helpful as well. We had a great family trip!

Cute Cottage

This Ocean Grove cottage is nicely furnished with super comfy beds and couches. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Ocean Grove is a charming town with a long history as a Methodist prayer camp. We enjoyed our visit.

Great location

The cottage is older but clean and well done. It was a bit inconvenient to have pack my own sheets and towels as they took up room in my suitcase. The location is excellent and the town is charming.

Great place!

Was walkable to everywhere we needed to go (we were in town for a wedding in Asbury Park), in a cute quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for two couples. The host was very communicative, even despite a weird glitch on the VRBO website that made the online booking and Message Host functions inoperable for several days (host responded promptly to direct emails). Would definitely stay here again!

The home was comfortable in size, very clean, plenty amenities. Having two bathroom and outside shower. Parking was easy. Central air in all rooms. Ocean Grove is a great beach vacation. Coffee machine can make 6 cups or more, you also-have Keurig coffee feature to make coffee.

Great shore spot

Loved staying here again! Great spot within walking distance to a beautiful clean beach. Walked to downtown OG for coffee, shopping and breakfast and walked and scootered to asbury park with our 6 yo and newborn. Had a beautiful week with perfect weather! House was clean and comfortable as always! Will be back!

Ocean Grove Idyll

Perfect place to walk to the beach, stroll through the picturesque town, or walk off a great meal in Asbury on the way back. Quiet area with room to sit and play games in the evening. Incredibly clean and well appointed kitchen. Will definitely return!
