The neighborhood is quiet. Its an easy walk to the Alameda Ferry station that take you to downtown San Francisco. Its also a few blocks from Bellena Bay where you can see San Francisco across the water. This house is modern, upscale and lots of space. Quiet. It stands alone on a big lot, a beautiful lawn in the front yard and provide the privacy most people need, whether it is an executive who needs a place to work or a family who need some quiet time.

It has white Quartz countertops, white kitchen cabinets, an open concept, Straight grain cedar wood ceiling. These executives can share the house but be independent of each other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has its own private bath and French doors that leads out onto the back deck. There is outside furniture on the back deck, table and chairs for dinning outdoors. At the same time the house is able to satisfy the needs of a family.
