Cabin was great inside and out. Lots of thoughtful extras (plenty of toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, automatic lights and night lights, lots of towels, washing detergent). Walking distance to Heavenly shops (very easy walk). Would stay here again.

Quaint Tahoe cabin within walking distance of the shops but yet quiet and comfortable when you want to get away from the bustle.

Great Cabin in the Midst of All the Fun

Very grateful to have stayed in this cabin, it was cozy and clean. Very well appointed with kitchen utensils and appliances, games, easy to use TV, and comfortable beds.

Amazing House, great location.

Perfect house, very cosy and immaculate. Very close to all that stateline offers. Close to grocery shops also. Great hot tub. Very quiet and peacefull. Perfect for us. Will definitely return.

Rustic Comfort

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Great location, clean and comfortable. Property ad should note that there is only streaming tv available. Would be nice to have a clock in the bedrooms. Overall, very nice place.

Great stay but no jacuzzi

The place was totally lovely. I booked it because of the jacuzzi tub but it didn't actually work and despite several hours of trouble shooting with the owner, it never happened. Otherwise it's a great spot.

Soccer Tournament

This is a very comfortable and convenient property. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen appears to have everything needed. We didn't actually spend much time in the home as we were running all over Lake Tahoe. We didn't use the tub, but the shower was great, beds great. Plenty of towels, etc. Walked to sushi and mini-mart. Would highly recommend this home. Staircase is stunning but a bit scary at first.

Cute, Convenient and Clean!

This was a super cute cabin! Very modern with so many updates. You can definitely tell it’s cared for. We loved the closeness to the shopping, ease of getting to the lake and all other fun activities nearby. It was very clean and offered several comforts of home. (Coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, etc…) The Beds were super comfortable, too. We loved the peacefulness of the neighborhood and ease of getting to/from the cabin. There were plenty of board games to play, a tv and my son loved picking up the Giant pine cones in the yard. Drink Coffee Do Stuff is a great coffee shop in walking distance, and the Lyme or Bird scooters can get you any where without needing a car (traffic can be terrible in Heavenly village.) Overall, we absolutely loved our stay!

JUST BEWARE!!!!

I rented this cabin for my husband's birthday weekend. The location was nice and quiet which we loved! The check in process easy which was helpful. Unfortunately soon after checking in on Friday night we discovered we had no hot water. The owners did send me an email prior to our stay saying they have had some issues with hot water and if we had a problem with it to call them. They will walk us through step which should fix the issue. So my husband called the owner. He followed the steps and the water would get hot but then go ice cold after a minute or two. My husband spent a good part of our evening speaking with the owner. The water never did end up staying hot. We called owner Saturday morning and said we will need to check out a day early we need to have hot water. At first the owner waa very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. We completely understood and realize stuff happens. That's life. He offered to refund me for Saturday night since we only ended up staying Friday night. We thanked him and we left and checked into a nearby hotel. I checked my account a week later and was necer refunded by him. My husband called him to ask about the refund. The owner's friendly demeanor was gone. He told my husband he had a plumber come out and the water was hot. He called my husband a liar. There is absolutely no reason we would lie about the water not getting hot.

Location was excellent and a very quiet neighborhood. Downstairs was very nice, great kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Loved the laundry. Problem for us was, we did not realize it was a small A-frame. Beds were about a foot off the floor and we're difficult to get in and out of without banging our heads. I would recommend the property for families or younger guests. We are both over 80, and feel it was not a good fit for older folks.
